Providing and fixing aluminium work of for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 07)

Supply & installation of suspended Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with glass patch Fittings of SS-304 Grade Steel of DORMA make model No. XLC 4002 and XLC 8106 with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass of Saint-Gobain make held with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel bolt The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings including providing weather sealant in joints.

Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium honeycomb core composite panel ( ALCOMB) cladding in pan shape in linear size made out of 12 mm thick Exterior grade, FR- class A2-S1,d0, testing standard BS EN 13501-1:2018 grade aluminium composite of make ALSTONE,which is being produced using automatic PU- 2 part spray technology and shades of Evolution/ Antique series consisting of 11.00 mm thick FR grade A2 aluminium honey core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets of (each 0.50 mm thick). and fixing with extrusion and Aluminum pop rivets, weather silicon sealant,etc. For purpose of payment only the actual area on the external face of the composite panel cladding shall be measured in sqm which includes width of all grooves.(The alluminum frame shall be paid separately).

Providing & fixing of stainless steel middle lock 304 grade of DORMA make and model No.XLC-7058 make for frame less glass door shutter with stainless steel screws as required as directed by the EIC.
