Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium honeycomb core composite panel ( ALCOMB) cladding in pan shape in linear size made out of 12 mm thick Exterior grade, FR- class A2-S1,d0, testing standard BS EN 13501-1:2018 grade aluminium composite of make ALSTONE,which is being produced using automatic PU- 2 part spray technology and shades of Evolution/ Antique series consisting of 11.00 mm thick FR grade A2 aluminium honey core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets of (each 0.50 mm thick). and fixing with extrusion and Aluminum pop rivets, weather silicon sealant,etc. For purpose of payment only the actual area on the external face of the composite panel cladding shall be measured in sqm which includes width of all grooves.(The alluminum frame shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of Saint-Gobain make including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot, bottom lock with double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement complete set of DORMA make model: XLC 4001 and outer panel patch fitting of DORMA make model no: XLC 4003 and making necessary holes etc. for fixingrequired door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge(Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately

Providing and fixing aluminium work of for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 07)
