The required prior work experience for the bidder is 07 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender has been invited. The bidder should submit details of works successfully completed or substantially completed during this period. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
