East Coast Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For certain items like PSC, RCC, PCC, Road works, etc., only 50% of the value will be considered for eligibility criteria. Additionally, for subcontracting, the subcontractor should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed or subcontract in the last 5 years, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. The total value of work to be assigned to sub-contractor(s) shall not exceed 50% of the total contract value.
