Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm. size hard black granite crusher broken chips and screened, washed sharp sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including mixing, hoisting lowering and laying concrete with watering curing in all floors with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8 Cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent in cement mortar (1:4) etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, all T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Super Structure).

Fixing Granite tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades on the tiles etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Granite Tiles in Dados Skirting &Risers of Steps of 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter made out of 32mm B.W.R. block board and covering with 1mm thick sunmica to both side pasted with adhesive including fixing of fixtures like Godrej make Mortice Lock having model No. 9168, Godrej make Door closure having model No. 8340, 100mm Aluminum heavy hinges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing Alluminium Grating in aluminum framed open able windows using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminum section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section, 4124 as a shutter section frame with tappered clip of section 4125, aluminum angle, rubber beading, friction stay and handle etc. including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fitting fixing of 50mm thick R.C.C. Jally as per approved design in cement mortar in position after cutting the groove etc complete including cost, conveyance, labour and taxes of all materials complete for ventilator with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with combination drilling rig as required to suit the site condition as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of rig with its accessories, T & P and consumables etc. for lowering of 200mm/150mm dia GI/PVC/MS pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium, hard & boulder formation (GI/PVC/MS) Casting pipes it required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the tubewell. 0 Mtr. to 30 Mtr. - 30 Mtr.
