Supply of Seed cleaner made of steel with structural framework. Compact & sturdy construction designed for efficient cleaning of various crop seeds, such as wheat, paddy, pearl millet, maize, sunflower, soybean, gram, pulses, vegetable seeds, oilseeds,fodder crop seeds etc. having three flat oscillating screens, perforation cleaning of top by beaters, middle and bottom screens by rubber balls, double aspiration, 3 HP motor for blower and 1 HP motor for screen deck 440 V, Siemens/ Crompton/Rotomotive/equivalent, Screen size Top 90 x 100 cms., Middle & Bottom : 90 x 129 cms. WxL, regulated feed hopper with feed roller, dynamically balanced fan, air chamber screen deck and spouts are self cleaning type. Complete with electric motors, "O" Box, panel, one set of screens and all other standard features of approved grade and quality of approved company complete as per direction of the EIC.

ADDITIONAL SCREENS FOR CLEANER - Screens are made of 0.8 mm CRC perforated sheet and fitted on seasoned hard wood frame, suitably inclined. The screens are free from curvature and burrs.

V.B. ELEVATOR (SPS) TO FEED SEED GRADER

Supply of Head casing, boot casing and leg casing made of 2.0mm, 2.0mm and 1.6mm GI. Sheet respectively. Spouting shall be made of 2mm M.S. Sheet. Spouting, spout sections, discharge valve, ladder, service platform, boot plate, take up unit, hopper with grating and feed control gate shall be made of M.S. silver painted. Belt shall be NN 315/3 (3 ply), buckets shall be PU/Nylon/HDPE, self cleaning type.. Spacers shall beprovided in between belt and buckets to prevent damage to seeds. Boot pulley shall be wing type to prevent lodging of seed between belt and pulley. Head pulley shall be rubberised and crowned for improved traction. Belt speed shall not exceed 1m/sec. Complete with 1 HP geared motor, panel and other standard features of approved grade and quality of approved company complete as per direction of the EIC.

SEED GRAVITY SEPARATOR

Compact and sturdy steel channel frame with high quality quick assembly wooden rectangular deck, deck size 1040 x 2340 mm. (WxL) dynamically balanced fans (5 Nos.) with individual adjustable air control, easy adjustment for variable oscillation speed of deck with the help of variable frequency drive, easy adjustment for variable lengthwise and sidewise inclination of deck, has hydraulic system for cleaning of deck, feed hopper with regulated feeding, built in air filters. Complete with "O" Box, panel with VFD, electric motors of 7.5 HP for fans & 1.5HP for deck of Siemens/ Crompton/ Rotomotive/ equivalent suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC Supply. Factory fitted deck shall be suitable for bold seeds like wheat, maize, peas etc. of approved grade and quality of approved company complete as per direction of the EIC.
