Installation of Pump, Pipe & Fittings

Supplying all materials ,labour and T&P for a set of Coil Earthing with No.8 GI wire using required quantity of common salt ,charcoal,GI nut and bolts including digging of earth pit of size 1.2mx1.2mx3.00 mtr and digging of wire trench and refilling the same after compltion of earthing works including cost of all materials etc.complete as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Cost of 150mm dia PVC ASTM (D) Sch.80) casing pipe of reputed make as per ASTM-(D) 1785/2004 with manufactures name should prominently be marked with CIPET Test certification on the body of the pipe in indelible ink or stenciled to the certificaiton of the Engineer in charge, including transportation to site, etc.

Cost of fittings such as Nipple,Reducer,Socket,NR valve,Sluice vale,8 Sqmm PVC coated wire rope.

Cost of 3core PVC isulated armoured aluminium cable for 20 mtr

Construction and erection of 11 /0.4 KV , 25 KVA Double Pole mounted Substation Star rated confirming to RE Rules 1956, mounted on 2.44 Mtr. Long structure, supported in 300 kg 9 mtr long PSC pole,transformer hard channel & top channel made of 2.8 M long 100 X 50 X 6 mm M.S.Channel (9.2 kg/mtr), Transformer belting on 2.80 M long 50 X 50 X 5 mm M.S.Angle(4.5 kg/mtr),, (all REC SPN Std.F-3) with all accessories like 3 pole 11 KV HG Fuse(F-5)& A.B.Switches(F-9) both mounted on 2.8 M long 75 X 40 X 6 mm M.S.Channel and supported by 1.0 M long 50 X 50 X 6 mm M.S.Angle, with 3 No. 11 KV Lightening Arrestors & Distribution box for 25 KVA S/S, G.I.pipe earthing with 25X5mm G.I.Flats including cost of 25 KVA 11/0.4 K.V. 3 star rated Transformer , 35 Sqmm 3 ½ Core PVC Cable - 40 mtr couping & padding of Poles, Danger board at each Pole, Anti climbing Devices & all other necessary fittings i.e required size Nuts & Bolts, Brackets, Cable, Cable Sockets etc. including cost of all materials, labour , transportation complete with liasioning for testing inspection & commissioning.

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of 300mm dia meter up to 50Mtr. depth below ground level through and unconsolidated formation with direct circulation mud rotary/ reverse circulation rotary rigs as required to suit the site conditions as per direction of the Engineer in charge including use of rigs with its accessories, tools & plant, consumables etc for lowering of 150mm dia meter PVC pipe (ASTM) for housing fitted with socket and with well screened as per necessity for soft / medium. hard/ boulder formation.

Construction of 3 phase 4 wire Line using 8 mtr long 200 kg PSC Poles with LT XLPE AB Cable of (3X35 mmSq.+ 1X25mm sq.) along with all required materials and concreting of stay/poles LT Dead end clamp, suspension clamp with I - hook, stay accessories such as Wire Insulators, clamp etc. to complete power supply as per the field condition (40m Span length).

Labour Charges of installation of pump,pipe,panel board,cable & other electrical equipments etc

Lowering the following size of PVC Casing pipe/ slotted pipe as per necessity from ground level and fitted and fixed of perfectly in vertical position including cutting and threading and supplying all jointing materials, tools and plants etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded including clubbing the Tube Well to prevent entry of foreign materials from above the packing gravels around the casing in the annular space as per the direction of the Engineer. 0 to 50=50Mtr.

Cleaning and developing the Tube Well using own Air Compressor continuously worked till clear and adequately discharge is obtained from the well including supply and use of all necessary equipments and labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
