Providing and laying concrete in R.C.C work using conacte mixture machine with course sand and 20mm dowm graded stone aggregates including dewatering if necessary and curring complete as diretced 2.5.3 In Columns, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staircase etc. above plinth level upto 1st floor level. (Without using admixture, plasticiser) (a) M15 or Prop. 1:2:4 (For Non-structural Works)

Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkat) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (a) Area of door/window up to 3.00sq.m.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete in super-structure above plinth level upto 1st floor level including dewatering if necessary as directed. (a) In proportion 1:3

15mm thick cement plastering in single coat in rough side of single or half brick walls for plastering upto 1st floor level including arises etc complete as directed 5.10 Extra over item no 5.1 to 5.7 for exterior plastering for every addl floor or part thereof beyond 1st floor level including curing complete as directed b) On two coat plaster

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth

Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paints/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section, (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification RSH/SHS of Grade 310 conforming to relevant I.S. code 4923 : 1997 and (iii) M.S. black-tube of Grade 210 including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications. Using TATA make Rectangular/ Square Hollow section of Grade YST-310 conforming to I.S. Specification : 4923- 1997
