Item No.4 : - Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts

Item N0. 5 -Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. Complete as directed

Item No.6 - Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed.a) M-15 (20 MSA) (Cement 5.64 bags/Cum)

Item No. 7 - Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery,sluice,spillway,crest,spillway down stream face.energy dissipating structures,intake structure,training walls,pers,abutments,slab etc.with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc.complete as directed (A) M-20 (20 MSA) (Cement 6.60 bags/Cum)

Item No.8 - Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Item No.9 - Providing & Erecting M.S. pipes made out of MS plate conforming to IS 2062:1992 including procurement of plates, gas cutting to required size,rolling, tackwelding, assembling insuitable lengths toform pipes on automatic welding machine and transportation upto 500 m.The welding Shall be ERW/SAW using electrodes having weld mark E7018 (Low Hydrogen electrodes) and forming 'V' edge on bothends of pipes, Including thirdparty inspection charges, lowering and laying to correct position on prepared bedding or on pedastals or chairs, fiel hydraulic testing at specified test pressure as per IS5822:1994 sec11, field welding to join pipe safter laying, Radiographic (5%) and ultrasonic (10%) testing of welds includingall equipments submitting report, expert personnel required for testing, interpreting and submitting report along with developed film where applicable all incidental charges etc complete as per IS3589:2001 and as per specifications (No negativetolerance in thickness is permissible).

Item No 10:-Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Item No.11- Lowering, laying in position to correct line & level including M.S. pipes with /without any outcoating o prepared bedding or on pedaetals or chairs or upon prepared formation including loading, unloading,hoisting, marginal cutting wherever required,assembling , and transportation upto 500 m etc.completed as specified with all leads & lifts etc.complete including tack welding, field hydraulic testing at specified pressure and as per procedure mentioned insection11of IS5822:1994. (item tobe used only in situations where pipes are already procured) For total quantity 7.5 rmt & 900mm Dia. 6mm thick). As Directed.

Item No.12 - Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the external surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex- B of IS 3589:2001,with one coat of Zinc rich epoxyprimer (90 % zink ( DFT 40 micron, coverage 9 Sqm/ lit ) and two coats of coal tar epoxypaint (DF 120 X 2 micron coverage 5 Sqm/Lit /coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge by sand blasting / scraping removing oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material ,labour with all lifts etc. complete.As directed.

Item No 13 :- Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the interior surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex - B of IS 3589:2001,with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer (90% zink ,DFT 40 micron , coverage 9 Sqm / lit) and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint (DFT 120 X 3 micron coverage 5 Sqm/Lit/coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge by sand blasting /chemical cleaning / scraping removing oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material, labour with all leads and lifts etc. complete.As directed.

Item No.14- Providing, supplying & erecting of CI double flange sluice valve confirming for IS-14846 including worm gear arrangements as per test pressure stainless steel spindle, caps Including transportation, inspection,unloding, loading,stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete.

Item No 15 :- Backfilling the trenches using available material from excavation in layers not exceeding 300 mm, each layer shall be compacted by watering and ramming without disturbing the pipe line with excavated stuff , including breaking of clods of soil etc complete as directed. (The backfilling on the two sides of the pipeline should be carried out simultaneously)

Item No.16 Providing R.C.C .pipe of NP2 class conforming to IS458 2003 of following diameter including cost of all material and labour required, inspection charges, transportation to stores, transit insurance, loading, unloading and stacking excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect etc. complete as directed. e) 600 mm dia

Item No.17 Laying and jointing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class or IRC standard in C.M. 1:2, proportion by volume including cost of all materials (excluding pipes and collars), labour, aligning pipes, batching and mixing mortar, packing joints with hemp and mortar, finishing, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed.e) 600 mm dia

Item No.18 Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas ( Private land - contractors own material) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of material, spreading material in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc.complete with lead upto1 km and all lifts as directed.
