Supplying and fixing extra copper pipe line both 1/4" for gas line and 5/8" for liquid line OR suitable dia to match with the pipeline of the new unit along with suitable size rubber foam/insulation with white tap rounded on copper tube surface of the wall i/c necessary flare nuts, suitably brazing with the existing pipe clamping, making holes in walls, same etc. as per site requirement.

Dismantling of existing 1.5 TR split AC unit - indoor and outdoor units along with interconnecting cu pipe and cable, power connection cable etc.

Scaffolding charges are applicable on 15 feet & above below 15feets Scaffolding charges not application in this rate.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm. dia heavy duty PVC pipe with accessories for drain water connection wherever required etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of outdoor units MS angle/flats/ strips Grill made out of various MS sections for Outdoor units protection Approx. Size 35” X 15” X 24”HT/ as per site requirements and direction of Engineer in- charge this item included one coat primer and two coat of enamel paint

Supply, Installation Testing and commissioning of Inverter type 2.0TR high wall mounted split AC with 5 Star rated (As per BEE standard), Inverter Type as per manufacturers specification complete with remote, indoor and outdoor unit including all accessories as mentioned below. Supplying & fixing of Powder Coated MS frame stand comprising of Two numbers bracket made of heavy duty MS Sheet to accommodate the Condenser (Outdoor) unit for fixing on the wall with suitable diameter and length of Anchor fast bolts and making good the damages etc. as per site requirement. If required the core cutting/ chasing of existing wall floor work also to be done and rate shall be included in this item and loading Unloading or shifting of machines also to be done and rates shall be including in this item.. The work shall be completed with direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Company data sheet/ warranty card/ Manual shall be submitted at site during handover.
