DISMANTLING AND RE FIXING OF MS GRILL WITH ROOF SHADE ON THE TOP : Removing the existing MS window grill works carefully without damaging the structure including the Sun shade roof sheet fixed on the above MS grill at 7th floor East wing carefully and Refixing the MS Grill along with the roof Shade at 7th floor east wing with required fixture and fittings and providing new dash fastener, if required any welding works.

DISMANTLING OF BRICK WALL/ PCC OR RCC : Dismantling & demolishing of Brick Wall / PCC / RCC of any thickness along with plaster and tiles carefully for isolating the columns, beam, slab for any height including carting away the debris to place approved by Municipal Corporation / Local authorities. A) This works includes of erecting scaffolding at all levels per the site requirement – all complete jobs. All as per the direction of the Engineer - charge. B) This item includes Providing securing and fixing the continuous vertical curtain / covering on the outer periphery of the scaffolding with thick gunny cloth / fine HDPE mesh or with other approved material for complete prevention from dust / mortar / damages etc, taking all measures for prevention of scattering of the falling debris, construction materials, mortars etc, including continuous repairs & maintenance of screening / curtain for keeping it in good condition till removal of the scaffolding. C ) Covering the window glasses with required packing material all complete. D) Removing and dismatling of the scaffolding etc all complete job .

External Painting : The painting works should be carried out in patch works – where the repairing works carried at site ( specified area ) and as per the site conditions . Providing and applying External Acrylic Paint (First Quality) on the external wall, of approved make such as Asian Paints (Apex Ultima) OR Deluxe (Whether shield max.) OR Nerolac (Impression Excel Total) as approved by the Engineer - in - charge, of approved colour shade and confirming to IS standard including one coat of primer paint and 2 or more coats of External Acrylic paint as per the Manufacturer’s detail and Technical Specifications. All as per the manufacturer detail and technical specifications. Rate shall be inclusive of filling the cracks with necessary sealer and chemicals.

Dismantling the existing floor tiles without disturbing the structure, including water proofing plaster and brick bat coba if any upto the RCC surface . all complete including carting away the debris to a place approved by municipal corporation or local authority Cleaning the surface with wire brush, removal of Loose material, any damage portion and removal of existing Waterproofing

1. The rate quoted should be inclusive of the cost of materi¬als, labour, transportation, loading, unloading etc. complete, disposal of debris and cleaning of site,but excluding GST. 2. The Sand to be used in the work shall be Silpoz Sand . 3. All itmes of works includes of supply and erecting scaffolding at all heights and levels as per the site requirement. 4. All item of works includes providing, securing and fixing the continuous vertical curtain / covering on the outer periphery of the scaffolding with thick gunny cloth / fine HDPE mesh or with other approved material for complete prevention from dust / mortar / damages etc, taking all measures for prevention of scattering of the falling debris, construction materials, mortars etc, including continuous repairs & maintenance of screening / curtain for keeping it in good condition till removal of the scaffolding. 5. Covering the window glasses with required packing material. 6. Removing and dismatling of the scaffolding. 7. Disposal of debris outside the site premises to the municiple approved dumping yard including all labour, transportation, loading, unloading etc. complete.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Cleaning the RCC concrete surface with wire/ soft brush to make it clean and dust free. Laying of a 50 x 50 mm coving with polymer modified mortar at floor wall joints. Providing and applying Two coats of Acrylic Polymer based (Smartcare MPP of Asian Paints or equivalnet) on the entire surfcace with a fiber mesh sandwiched in between the two layers. Providing and applying two coat of Two Component Elastomeric based Waterproofing Coating (Smartcare Dmapblock 2K Prof or equivalent). Both the coats will be applied in opposite directions. he coating shall be extended up to a height of 50 mm. After successful water testing of 72 hrs applying 12-15 mm thick protective plaster in the ratio 1:4 (cement: sand) over the waterproofing coating. Pond testing of waterproofied area for 48 hrs Providing and applying 25 mm thick protective plaster in the ratio 1:4 (cement: sand) over the waterproofing coating.

Providing and fixing 300mm x 300 mm ceramic tiles to be fixed on the flooring with cement mortar 1;4 upto 40mm thickness with cement slurry to be laid on the top layer of the cement mortar in correct level and all the joint to be filled with roff chemical with colour pigment all as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge .

Providing & applying Polymer modified mortar / concrete treatment in layers of thickness not exceeding 20mm by mixing 1 part by weight of “POLYALK EP” or equivalent with 5 parts by weight of cement and 15 parts by weight of well graded river sand and water to achieve the desired consistency Including curing, scaffolding, cleaning etc. complete. Scrapping reinforcement with wire brush and cleaning the same from all sides by light tapping, wire brushing and emery paper. Providing & applying Rusticide (Sunanda) or approved equivalent in one or more coats as directed as per manufacturer’s specification & washing with water. Bond coat - Providing and applying bonding coat of POLYALKEP or equivalent and Cement (1:1.25) to the entire concrete surface as per manufacturer's specifications.
