The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Team Leader: 15 years in Architectural Planning with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Senior Architect: 8 years in Architectural Planning or Interior Designing with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Landscape Architect: 5 years with minimum 2 years of experience in similar type of work - Structure Engineer/Consultant: Total 10 years with minimum 5 years of experience in similar type of work and at least 1 major Residential project having an area of minimum 20,000 Sqmt - Interior Designer: 5 years with minimum 2 years of experience in similar type of work - Expert - Electrical Engineer/IT/consultant: 8 years in IT Solutions with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Project Engineer (Civil): 5 years in Construction/Civil Works - Junior Architect: Total 5 years with minimum 2 years of experience in similar type of work - Senior Engineer: 8 years with minimum 3 years of experience in similar type of work - Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer: 5 years with minimum 3 years of experience in similar type of work - Quantity Surveyor: Total 5 years with minimum 3 years of experience in similar type of work The bidder should have experience of more than 10 years as a sole entity, with an average financial turnover of more than 10.50 Lakhs in the last 5 years. Similar project experience is required, with built-up area more than 10,000 Sq. Meter or 1,00,000 SQFT, or project cost more than Rs. 50.00 Crores, with 5 marks for each project. Experience of working on other government projects with a total implementation value of not less than 50 Crores in the last 5 years is also required, with >=1 project worth 5 marks and >=2 projects worth 10 marks. The bidder should have experience of completing tourism-based projects, preferably having accommodation facilities, for State Government or Central Governments and Government Undertakings, with a minimum experience of 7 years in similar work and at least one similar project in the last 5 years with a value of at least Rs. 2.63 Crore. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide a letter from the client, chartered accountant, or statutory auditor, or documentary evidence to validate the nature of services, completion date, project cost, etc. The bidder should have an average financial turnover of more than Rs. 10.50 Lakh for consecutive 3 financial years, with a 10% increase in rupee value each year to bring it to the current price level. The bidder should also have experience of Architectural services for at least 10 years. The Architectural Firm/ CONSULTANT should be engaged in Architectural Firm/ CONSULTANT consulting business since last 10 years.
