Providing and laying cast in situ 1:1:4 Lime Concrete of broken brick metal for coping or waterproofing as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required, with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate or surkhi in drum mixer, the concrete must be bitten for two days with pouring water as per specifications, scaffolding, watering and all concrete work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains, etc. complete.

Providing Ashlar Fine Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1 with size of stone 60 cm. x 45 cm. x 30 cm. in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, dressing every stones fine tooled on all beds, joints and faces, full true if the surface are plane or to uniform curves or twists if required, the stones shall be set in fine mortar, the beds or joints being in no case more than 3 mm. (⅛″), the stone shall be laid in regular course not less than 30 cm. (12″) in height averaging 4½ c. ft., the face stone shall be laid header and stretcher alternately, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Coursed Rubble Masonry Second Sort of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones shall be laid in horizontal course, the face of the stones to be hammered and bushing not to be project more than 3.8 cm. (1½″), all stones to be set full in mortar, all side joints shall be vertical and beds horizontal and not joints shall be more than 12.5 mm. (½″), the through stones shall be inserted 5 and 6 feet apart in every course, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Re-setting Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of reuse-stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. Providing Brick Masonry First Class in superstructure of first quality bricks in lime mortar 1:1½, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the bricks to be of uniform size, moulded on tables, thoroughly well burnt and sound, ringing clearly when stuck with trowel, the bricks to be soaked in water for 12 hours before used, the bricks are to be laid flush in mortar in such bond as directed, as far as possible, bricks of uniform colour are to be selected for the face work when it is not to be plastered, the joints are not to exceed 9.5 mm. (⅜″), no bats or half brick to be used in the work, racking out joints where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Brick Arching First Class with first class bricks in lime mortar 1:1½, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the bricks to be of uniform size, thoroughly well burnt and sound, ringing clearly when stuck with trowel, the bricks to be soaked in water for 12 hours before used, the bricks to be laid in concentric half-brick ring, the joints are to be properly summered and not to exceed 17 mm. (⅔″) in thickness, the joints to be truly radial to the curve at all points, great care to be taken that the rings are bonded together properly, whenever the joints of any of the rings come to a summering or plane face, all arches to be turned on centrings, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, cantering/scaffolding, watering and all arch work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.For arches & vaulted roofs.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular / Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retroreflective sheeting of Class (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive /heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified background, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one Number mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc. complete. The nutbolts of board with angle iron post / supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor / convert or issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty.
