Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in foundation and plinth as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, bailing out water, watering and all exposed masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete..

Providing Coursed Rubble Masonry Second Sort of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in plinth as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones shall be laid in horizontal course, the face of the stones to be hammered and bushing not to be project more than 3.8 cm. (1½″), all stones to be set full in mortar, all side joints shall be vertical and beds horizontal and not joints shall be more than 12.5 mm. (½″), the through stones shall be inserted 5 and 6 feet apart in every course, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, bailing out water, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Lime Pointing to stone work in lime mortar 1:1 in superstructure, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all face or visible work shall be pointed, unless otherwise specified and shall be done while the mortar is fresh, the mortar shall consists of lime and fine sand shall not be ground fine but sand should be finer, the joints of the pointed work shall be neatly defined by the pointing, the lines shall be regular and uniform in breadth and the joints shall be raised or flat as may directed, preparing the lime mortar with 640 gram pulp of wood apple (Belfruit) per cubic metre of lime mortar as a bonding material, scaffolding, watering and all work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing and erecting chain link fencing 1.6 M. height with G.I. chain link of size 50 x 50 mm, 8 gauge thick and fixed 75 mm above ground level on vertical M.S. Angles of 40 x 40 x 6 mm size, includind excavating pits for foundation and embedded in C.C. block of 1:4:8 mix of size 450 x 450 x 670 mm. at 1.75 M. c/c with iron bar 16mm dia as hold fast including welding link with angle frame at 30 cm c/c with nuts and bolts and horizontal M.S. Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall as per drawings and technical specifications etc.complete. (by granular material)

Providing dry rubble stone pitching 23 cm (about 9) thick including all material, quarry spalls, labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Providing railing of mild steel angle post 2.0m center to center of section 75mm x 75mm x 10mm or equivalent I/C section of height 1.05 above bridge surface with minimum anchor length of 30cm including hold fast of 25mm diameter MS bar welded at the bottom and concreting of 1:3:6 of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm with three rows of 40mm B class GI pipe provided at 30cm on center to center including scaffolding and one coat of anticorrosive paint with two coats of oil painting, curing of concrete etc. complete.
