Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams etc.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut GRANITE for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing & fixing in position aluminium anodized sliding window shutter with frame fully glazed with using 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain / frosted / bajari glass of approved make Triveni / Shri Vallabh /J / A/ G/ pilkinten fixed with aluminium beeding channels with two way rubber gasket / PVC lining to ensure water tightness and Nos rattling for aluminium grill fixing with F channel beading using satin finish anodized 15 micron jindaL sections for shutters and frame of required size and section including using aluminium / S.S. hinges of required size of Archies make, tower bolt of required size of Archies make , C type alum handle for shutter of Archies make and other necessary hardware and locking arrangements as per requirement etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing fixing anodized aluminium door frame & openable shutter side hung to consist of partly glazed partly panneled / fully glazed with 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain or frosted of bajri glass of approved make like M/s. Triveni/Shri Vallabhj/J//A/G pilkinten fixed with two WAY PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure No tightness and No rattaling and panneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or Ancholam finished on both side as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame jindal 2425 45 45mm satin finish anodized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts of Archies/Everite make Motice lock of Laxmi/Gold locks with keys hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement hydraulic door closer/ floor spring of Henco/Hyper/Everite make of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing good quality glass door handle 2'-0" height in sets. Sample to be approved by EIC before procurement and installation.

Providing and fixing sun control films 1.5 mm thick garware film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC

25MM Insulation : Supply and fixing of 25mm thick duly laminated aluminum foil of matt finish closed cell Nitrile rubber ( Class "O" insulation of existing duct/ surface after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50mm wide and 3 m thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm [Armstrong make] in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections with appearance of groove ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Aluminum sheet having electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing making & supplying computer table made out of 19mm commercial ply for table top, mounted on the vertical side of 19mm commercial ply and cabinet made out of 19mm commercial ply for sides, shelves & shutters making concealed monitor arrangement by providing 8mm thick clear glass on table top of required size with edge polish as shown in drawing drawer and good quality ready made key board drawer with heavy sliding channels with powder coated handle for shutter,cable manager drawers all edges shall be lipped with 6mm thick T.W. lipping patti. All exposed faces should be 1.5mm thk laminate of approved colour and with all inner surface with 1mm thk approved laminate inclusive of cost of other materials labor etc. as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & making of fully drawer storage unit made up of 19mm thk. Commercial plywood with heavy duty sliding channel & with 6mm thick commercial plywood for back . 19mm plywood for top, bottom, front of shelves. Side of the drawer to be of 12mm thick & bottom to be as per the requirement. 1mm thick approved laminate to be fixed on exposed surfaces of unit. All faces to be laminated. Including items such as individual lock for all drawers, hinges, tower bolt, handle to be of heavy duty & approved make only.

WOODEN CABINET: Providing & fixing cabinet with shutter made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side, with inner side 0.8mm thk Laminate. Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top and bottom of shelves should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, knobs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

WOODEN PARTITION : Providing, making, erecting partitions (fully panneled) to required ht. With teak wood frame of 50mmx50mm in 600mm sq. panel or as required at site the wooden panneling with 6mm commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 6mm groove. The glazed portion teak wood 30mmx12mm bedding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition required all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing in position/flush door of shutters block board solid core internally lipped bonded with water proof type synthetic resin hot pressed with marine ply finished on both faces including prov. And fixing teak wood 20mm thick lipping on all sides fixing heavy duty approved make 4 levers mortice lock with pair of handle of approvd make & quality brass/S.S fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, of approved make fixing fixtures locking arrangements with fixing fixture locking arrangements with screws etc. applying one coat of approved wood primer etc. all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 32 mm thick Door, Door shutter with locking arrangement of S.S.aldrop 12” long
