Contractor to provide Guarantee / Warrantee in writing in a approved format and on legal paper (as directed by the Client) for the furniture provided by them.

Contractor to provide samples of any/all material, Mock-up at place as desired by the Design Consultant(Architect), users at no extra cost. Contractor will not be paid for the same separately.

Contractor should get the shopdrawings signed of from design consultant before proceeding with manufacturing

Contractor and his Labour's, supervisors & engineers to strictly follow all the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by the Indian Government for COVID19. Contracter to make all necessary arrangements accordingly. It is fully contractor's responsibilty to ensure that all Indian Government rules, regulations & guidelines for COVID19 are followed at site by his Labour's, supervisors & engineers. Regular temperature checks, oximeter checks, doctors health checkup once a week, hand free sanitizer supply at all entry exit points, full body sanitizer sprays/spray booths at all entry exit points for staff, labour, visitors etc for the complete duration of works or as may be directed by the PMC.

This is an item rate contract. Some of the items may not be operated. The Vendor cannot raise any objection for non-operation/deletion of any items.

Removing any kind of debris including loading in truck and conveying to approved dumping yard/point as designated by local Authority / Corporation, disposal of debris out side campus, unloading and spreading etc. complete including all leads and lifts. - Contractor to study location of dumping yard/point before quoting for this items. It will be the contractors responsibility to locate the dumping areas designated by the Government/local authorities, obtain necessary permissions, pay for deposits and necessary charges to Government/local authorities. In case there is change in the dumping location by the Government/local authorities no claim will be entertained for disposal of debris at changed location.

All labour, materials, wastage, transportation, handling, use of tools, equipments and other items incidental to the satisfactory completion of item work at all depths, heights and at any levels.

PRODUCT - HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE MANUAL TABLE

All necessary miscellaneous items to complete the item to the satisfaction of PMC, Design Consultant & Client.

Making layout (using 3" wide Broun tape / enamel paint) at site as per the Design Consultant's drawing & get it approved from Consultant.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF MODULAR FURNITURE

Screen: 8mm thick magnetic coloured glass screen in approved colour of make(Saint Gobain) of length not less than 1050 mm for main screen and not less than 525 mm for divider screen and of ht 350mm from worktop mounted on work surface by means of 2 or 3 die cast studs certifying to Alluminium alloy of Grade ADC-12 with fastners depending upon the length of the screen with 15 mm gap between worksurface and screen to give floating effect

Contractor to make cutouts, openings, cutout in partition, furniture as required by the services consultant and Design Architect. All openings, cutouts & Flaps etc. edges to be protected with necessary gaskets etc. to avoid damaging of wires and cables.

All basic rates to be considered as inclusive of all applicable taxes & landed price at site.

All lifts and leads at all levels.

All furniture to be provided with raceways of required size, nos. at any level as per services requirement and as directed by the Design Consultants.

3. Validity Date : Minimum 180 days from the date of submission of quotation / tender.

5. Prices quoted in the other currencies will be summarily rejected.
