Overhauling of the Centrifugal pump and motor (Both Main as well as Jockey Pump during the 3rd year of AMC)

Periodic and preventive monthly maintenance (one sevicing per month) including repairs and replacement of wear and tear of components that come under comprehensive maintenance contract. Any breakdown between two consecutive servicing should be attended within 24 hours of the call. Servicing of Pumps, including oiling, greasing of all moving parts, replacement of worn out or damaged parts such as couplers, bearing, shaft, impellers etc as well as calibration of all pressure gauges.Also oiling and greasing of valves. In case the pump have to be taken for repairs at the workshop . The agency will have to provide a stand by pump on site till the pump gets repaired. Also submitting monthly report of the test carried out on the performance of all Fire Fighting Equipment like Hydrant valves, Hose Reel Drum Assemblies, Hose Boxes, Hoses, Branch pipes with nozzles, Fire Brigade Inlets, Air Cushion Tanks and Air Release Valves etc. and other similar items like Pump Panel 1st year

Replacement of Fire Alarm Panel Batteries (12V Sealed Lead Acid) at the end of 3rd Year or if required during the AMC period

Deployment of trained Fire Operator, trained in operating and maintaining the system. These trained Fire Operator will be present during VIP visits and various functions which are taking place all round the year and as and when requested by the engineer in charge. The fire fighters from fire department deployed at Darbar hall during functions should be trained to operate the system every day (For 3 years)
