ITEM No. 3 :-  Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear Portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including:(a) Structural analysis design and preparation of shop drawings for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must passed the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure), including functional design of the aluminium sections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etcetera gaskets, screws, toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etcetera , structural and weather silicone sealants, flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalisation & drainage and protection against fire hazard including (b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised /Aluminium alloy of 6005 TS brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etcetera to accommodate 3 Dimensional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC / Masonry / Structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon separator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etcetera of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers.

Furniture Work

ITEM No. 4 :-       Providing and positioning bunk bed made out of approved colour, powder coated, M.S. (IS 513:2008) pipe frame and angle supports. Two end frames shall be made out of 16 guage and 40 millimetre diametre M.S. pipes as vertical supports and 16 guage 25 millimetre diametre M.S pipes along with 40 X 40 X 6 millimetre M. S. angle lateral frame to receive 12 millimetre thick marine grade ply base for 100 millimetre thick, 100 density coir mattress etcetera complete. Edges of the base ply shall be sealed with 6 millimetre thick T.W lipping. Two nos of 25 millimetre diametre 16 guage pipe supports shall be provided to support both the base ply and ladder and with necessary Nylon bushers for pipe ends touching to floor and with approved colour powder coating and complete as per the instructions of the Architect or Engineer in charge. Note : This item shall be made in knock down type of arrangement.

ITEM No. 5 :-       Dining Table - 1800 X 1200 X 750 MILLIMETRE Providing and Supplying Modular Dining Table with 25 millimetre thick Top made out of BWR 303 plywood finished with laminate, other edges finished with 2.0 millimetre thick rehau / sidmark / equivalent make edgeband, Understructure - MS CRCA 1.6 millimetre Tubes with Powder coating. Vertical member will be made from 50 X 50 Square tube and 2 vertical horizontal member will be made from 40 X 40 Square tube. Vertical and Horizontal member will be connected using welding. ABS caps and foot with levellor will be provided on the vertical member. Polycarbonate brackets will be provided to fit the work top. Complete as per Architects detailed drawing & design & as directed including accessories, Provision for necessary wire management as directed. Complete with All necessary hardware & Fixture. Note : All Furniture to Be Made Out of Plywood of Greenply / Duro / Kenwood / Indiano / Blueberry / Samrat or Equivalent make All Internal & External Surfaces of Plywood Finished with 1.0 millimetre thick Laminate of merino/ Greenlam or Equivalent. Complete as per detailed Drawing & Instructions Engineer in charge.

Complete as per Architects detailed drawing & design & as directed including accessories, Provision for necessary wire management as directed. Complete with All necessary hardware & Fixture. Note : All Furniture to Be Made Out of Plywood of Greenply / Duro / Kenwood / Indiano / Blueberry / Samrat or Equivalent make All Internal & External Surfaces of Plywood Finished with 1.0 millimetre thick Laminate of merino/ Greenlam or Equivalent. Complete as per detailed Drawing & Instructions Engineer in charge.

Multipurpose Ground

ITEM No. 8 :- Acrylic Cushion Systems :- Supply and applying of 5 layer acrylic Sports Coating for Basketball Court (ITF approved) finish layer of approved surface colour as directed by architects and engineer in charge etc complete. Cushion Layer As Below :- i) One Coat of Acrylic Resurfacer, ii) Two Layer of Cusion Coat, iii) One layer of Base colour, iv) One Coat of Sports Colour, v) Game line marking, Total Five Layer of Acrylic cushion And Game Line Marking with White Paint etcetera Complete as per detailed Drawing & Instructions directed by Engineer in charge, including loading, unloading, transportation, installation. Rates without GST but inculding all other taxes as applicable at the time of delivery, With 5 year Product Guarantee. ITEM No. 9 :-       "Supply of Safety Sports Fencing System of height 3 Metre with 2 Gate of size 1.5 Metre Wide X 2.4 Metre Height." "Technical Specification: It includes 3 Metre High ф 88 millimetre (OD) 3 millimetre thick MS pipes, Green powder coated factory finished post vertical post fixed on existing 400 X 400 X 600 millimetre reinforced concrete foundation. Fastening with anchor fastener on reinforced concrete wall at 4 metre centre to centre distance, ф 88 millimetre (OD) 2 millimetre thick MS pipe HORIZANTAL post, Horizontal post will be factory finished Green powder coated installed at Top and Bottom location for 3 metre Height with the help of special connectors. 2.5 +1 millimetre PVC Coating galvanized steel chain link fence fabric mesh of size 50 millimetre X 50 millimetre x 3 metre, fixed to vertical post and two horizontal post with the help of 3 millimetre thick extruded Aluminium flat with green powder coated finish and self-tapping screw. 3 millimetre thick special Connectors made from pressed steel and powder coated finish for connecting Vertical and horizontal post by using M12 X 90 carriage bolt at every joint and corner of horizontal and vertical post without welded joints for easy installation and removable. Complete, Entire material goes through pretreatment via sandblasting, Powder coating is done with high quality PP powder coating (Jotun PP powder) and finally tests such as scratch test, DP test (confirming coating thickness) and salt spray test are done to ensure quality check. The safety fence system sustain impact of the ball, inner side of fence be free from any projected parts/joints"

ITEM No. 10 :-    Supply & installation of Equipments : 1) One set of fixed basketball poles and nets as per FIBA Requirement as as per dwg. There shall be two backstop units, one place at each end of the playing court and each consisting of following parts: i. backboard ii. basket ring with ring mounting plate iii. basket net iv. backboard supports structure v. Padding; etcetera complete as directed and as per standard mentioned in dwg.

ITEM No. 11 :-    Supply & installation of Cast aluminium alloy with green / Black powder coated finish Tennis post from approved manufacturer including post caps, gear housings, flush mounted, removable handle, jam-free cable tensioning hardware system and superior hardened gears and ground sleevesp and 42' long Tennis Net consist of 3 millimetre High Tensile Braided Twine black/white PVC Binding 2 t/2" on net Side and Bottom Headline Cable – 6 millimetre PVC Coated Cable. With Loop & Pin Finish etcetera complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge

ITEM No. 12 :-    Kho- Kho Ground Post - Made of Powder coated MS Round Pipe each side including required foundation work for the same etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

ITEM No. 13 :-    Volleyball Post - Made of Round Pipe Weight 120 kilogram each side with heavy duty Wheel as per FIVB Specifications.
