ITEM No. 8 :-           Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete beams and lintels as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying / pumping, compaction and roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing etcetera complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). with Drum Type mixer / concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etcetera complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

ITEM No. 11 :-       Filling in plinth and floors with contractors material / brought from outside and approved by Engineer in charge in layers of 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre including watering and compaction etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 16 :-       Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means – Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 millimetre) Aggregate (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 20 :-       Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etcetera', having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre X 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 millimetre) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etcetera with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 millimetre frame with properly cross braced Mild steel angles of size 35 millimetre X 35 millimetre X 3 millimetre duly painted including Two Mild steel angle iron posts of size 65 millimetre X 65 millimetre X 6 millimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures etcetera and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 7 :-           Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying / pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etcetera complete,(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) with Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etcetera complete. With natural sand / V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

ITEM No. 13 :-       Providing and applying two coats of exterior weather shield paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning, preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat, scaffolding if necessary, and watering the surface for two days etcetera complete. (Prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary).

ITEM No. 15 :-       Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

ITEM No. 6 :-           Providing and laying in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of reinforced cement concrete columns and steel stanchions etcetera including bailing out water, formwork, laying / pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etcetera complete, with Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etcetera complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand

ITEM No. 12 :-       Providing internal cement plaster 12 millimetre thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:5 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etcetera complete.

B) Lift Above 3.80 Metre

ITEM No. 18 :-       Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M15 cement concrete of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for approach slab including compacting, finishing, curing etcetera complete. (excluding reinforcement) (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 5.90 bags per cubic metre).

A) Lift Upto 3.80 Metre

ITEM No. 14 :-       Providing and laying damp proof course 50 millimetre thick in M-20 cement concrete layer and bitumen / using cement with waterproofing compound curing, formwork etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 17 :-       Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand)

ITEM No. 9 :-           Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite / quartzite/ gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete slabs and landings as per detailed designs and drawings including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etcetera complete,(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etcetera complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand. (Lift Above 3.80 Metre)

ITEM No. 1 :-           Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material with all lifts and leads beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etcetera complete. (Lift upto 1.5 metre)

PART – A (Work Portion)

A) Lift Upto 3.80 Metre

ITEM No. 2 :-           Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material with all lifts and leads beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etcetera complete. (Lift from 1.5 metre to 3.0 metre )

ITEM No. 3 :-           Providing and filling in the foundation with sand of approved quality including watering, compacting etcetera complete. (To be executed with prior approval of Superintending Engineer)
