Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised direction & place identification sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of high intensity prismatic grade to IRC 67:2012 & Type IV standred of ASTM D 4956-09 specification fixed over 4 mm thick ACP sheet supported with back support frame of 35x35x5mm mild steel angle with areas not exceeding 0.9 sqm.Supported in mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm -3.5m height firmly fixed to the grount by means of properly designed foundation of M20 grade cement concrete 45cm x45cm x60cm,60cm below ground level completed .7both border & back ground shall be retro reflective as per type IV standard.7 years warranty for retro reflectieve sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independant test lab for the product offerd shall be submitted by the controactor (bottom of the board shall be at least 2.6m above ground leval) specification : IRC 67:2012 .There shall be stamp behind the ACP sheet carrying the name of supplier ,name of the sheeting manufacture .type of retro reflective sheeting ,installation month & year .warranty period for retro reflective sheeting
