The cost of spares, consumables & pipe dope shall be borne by the contractor. The quoted rentals should be inclusive of the cost of spares, consumables & pipe dope required for operation and maintenance of the equipment.

The bidder can  import / export 0 or 1 or 2  sets of equipment and quote accordingly  in the provision for “Q” in the table above 

The standby day rates quoted by the bidder (reflected in cell  tC of the table above) must not be higher than 95% of the quoted in-use day rates, which is reflected in the cell tD of the table above ( ref clause 2.3.2 of the SCC)

Mobilization of two complete set of equipment listed at Clause 3 of SOW

The quoted rates are inclusive of all duties, levies, taxes, including personnel and corporate tax etc. The GST has to be indicated separately in the table above.

In-use rental charges for two complete set of equipment

The maximum value of equipment mobilization+ demobilization ( sum of amount reflected in cell  “ tA” & “tB” of the table above) cannot be more than 2% of the value of the total Contract value ( reflected as “F” in the table above) -( Ref:  Clause 2.1 of SCC.)

The reckoned  Annual Contract Value for each set=F/6, which shall be used for calculation of LD , wherever applicable

Evaluation of bids: The offers shall be evaluated on the basis of Total Contract Value as quoted by the bidders in the “TOTAL PRICE” Tab in GeM Portal. Note for Bidders: i. The amount to be entered/ quoted in the “Total Price” cell shall be the total evaluated contract value inclusive of applicable GST. The formula/ methodology for total evaluated contract value is given in the schedule of prices. Bidders to refer the same. ii. Bidder to submit a declaration that the price quoted by them in the “TOTAL PRICE” tab in GeM Portal, is the same amount as that quoted in the “Total Evaluated Contract Value For 3 Years inclusive of GST= tA + tB + tC + tD + tE ” in the Schedule of Rates iii. For award of contract: In case of any discrepancy between the total evaluated contract value as quoted by the bidders in the “TOTAL PRICE” Tab in GeM Portal and calculated “Total Evaluated Contract Value For 3 Years inclusive of GST= tA + tB + tC + tD + tE )” as per schedule of rates based on unit rates, taxes and quantities due to arithmetic errors, lower of the two values shall be considered for award of contract.
