The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of similar works completed, which should be uploaded in a specific format. The cost of completed work should mean the gross value of the completed work, including all taxes and levies, escalation (if any), and cost of material supplied by the client on a chargeable basis. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should fill in the relevant details, including the similar value of work completed meeting the specified criteria. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the work, agreement or contract number, client details, and the value of the work done on completion. The value of similar nature of work on completion, including escalation, should be provided. The bidder also needs to provide information on whether the work has been completed satisfactorily and whether any banning was done against this work. The similar value of work (completed) meeting the criteria of 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender is also required. Additionally, the bidder must provide completion certificates, statements of final bills, and other relevant documents to demonstrate their experience in similar works. The value of work done meeting prequalification criteria shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum for work done in India. The bidder should upload documentary proof, including work orders, completion certificates, and certificates for bill-wise payment received, to support their work experience claims. The details of only similar works as defined in the pre-qualification criteria shall be uploaded. The bidder needs to provide details of bill-wise payment received and their respective TDS amount for works executed for clients other than Government/Government Autonomous bodies/Public Sector Units. In the case of work experience in a foreign country, the bidder needs to provide the value of work done on completion in foreign currency, as well as the value of similar work done in completion and after escalation. The bidder also needs to provide details of blacklisting/suspension/de-registration/debarring/holiday listing or any other term meaning the same by any central/state government department or public sector undertaking during the last five financial years. The bidder shall provide the financial data of the last three/five audited financial years, which shall be taken into consideration for evaluation. The net worth, as required, shall be submitted as per clause 2.3 of Part 1 or Operating Part of NIT. The profit before tax criteria shall be applicable for tenders of estimated cost put to tender of ₹ 10 Crores and above. The bidder needs to fill a separate format for each work experience, providing details such as the name of the work, agreement or contract number, client details, and the value of the work done on completion. The cost of completed work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including all taxes and levies, escalation (if any), and the cost of material supplied by the client on a chargeable basis, but excluding those supplied free of cost. The bidder also needs to provide information on whether the work has been completed satisfactorily and whether any banning was done against this work. The values of similar works completed should be provided, including the amount and percentage, such as 80%/50%/40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder must provide Completion Certificate or similar documentary evidence certifying completeness of work issued by the client, clearly indicating the name of work, WO/PO/Agreement no, commencement date, date of final completion, and actual final completion cost. The bidder must provide Statement of final bill /last bill showing quantity of all items executed under the contract and the total value. The bidder must provide Statement of all items and their quantities segregated from final bill / last bill which are fulfilling the criteria of similar work and their total amount for consideration of work experience certified by the client. The value of work done meeting prequalification criteria shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum for work done in India and 2% per annum for work executed outside India.

i.) Regular fortnightly cleaning and maintenance of the plant system including operation as required.

iii.) Undertake regular checks and maintenance activities, required to be carried out, as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment, on all the components of the power plant.
iv.) Carry out maintenance activities as a result of sudden failure/breakdown of any particular component or equipment. v.) Undertake major overhaul of any component or equipment of the plant necessary on account of excessive wear & tear. vi.)
