Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling all type of tile work in wall, floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including it's base plaster, P.C.C. & stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external , Internal & concealed) after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including refiling and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

1:3:6 or richer mix

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, plastic emulsion, water proofing cement paint and oil paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.

1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 15-18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thicknessto be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer,in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water-based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting ofjoints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured)

Removing of Existing toughen glass door 12 mm to 18 mm thich and refixing the same with necessary screw and accessories and cutting wherewver reqiired as per Direction of Engineer in charge

Poviding and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by anufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % andconforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, inskirting, riser of steps, Dado over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand)/6mm polymer modified quick set polymer adhesive, jointing with grey ement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigmentsetc. complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum).
