Fabrication & Installation of Straight Wooden Partitions Fabrication and installation of straight modular partition walls 8 feet in height, constructed using naturally seasoned straight, knotfree, CP teak wood frame of cross-section 2” x 1” (50mm x 25mm nominal) arranged in a grid pattern of 2’ x 2’. One side of the frame to be covered with 12mm thick BWP-grade plywood (conforming to IS 710 standards). Exterior surfaces to be finished with 1.0mm thick premium decorative laminate (Greenlam, Centruy, AICA Sunmica, Merino, or equivalent) in matte finish as approved by the officer incharge. Partition system must be designed to structurally support lightweight exhibition graphics, TV, Monitor, Light Fixtures, etc. and exhibits up to 15kg per mounting point. Includes full internal framework bracing, concealed base supports, edge banding, and finishing of all visible laminate surfaces to achieve a uniform and professional gallery-grade appearance.

Fabrication & Installation of Curved Wooden Partitions Fabrication and installation of curved modular partition walls 8ft in height, constructed using naturally seasoned, straight, knot free, CP teak wood frame of cross-section 2” x 1” (50mm x 25mm nominal) for verticle memeber and use 50mm width x 25mm thick plywood for making curved horizontal memebers with a grid of 450mm x 450mm arranged appropriately to follow the curve, with internal grid adapted to structural needs. Frame to be covered on both sides with 6mm thick bendable plywood (BWP grade conforming to IS 710) for smooth curvature. One surface to be finished with 1.0mm thick premium flexible decorative laminate (Greenlam, Century, AICA Sunmica, Merino, or equivalent) in matte finish as approved by the Officer incharge. Partition must be designed to structurally support lightweight exhibition graphics, TV, Monitor, Light Fixtures, etc. and light exhibits up to 10kg per mounting point.

Supply & Pasting of Printed Vinyl on Wooden Partitions, Supply, printing, and professional pasting of high-quality laminated vinyl graphics on all finished wooden partitions (straight and curved) with a total surface area as per site measurements. Vinyl material to be 100–120 micron thickness, polymeric grade with gray adhesive backing for opacity (3M, Avery Dimension, Technova or equivalent with at least 5 year warranty). Printing must ensure accurate color reproduction, matching the approved design files provided by the officer incharge, using eco-solvent or latex printing technology. Vinyl finish (matte or satin) to be selected by the officer incharge prior to production

Supply and installation of Acrylic cut letters and singages. Supply, fabrication, and installation of 10mm thick solid acrylic and solid surface (Corean) cut letters in various fonts, sizes (ranging from 30mm to 300mm), and colors as specified by the officer incharge. The acrylic material used must be cast acrylic sheet (not extruded) to ensure superior clarity, strength, and resistance to yellowing or fading. The letters will be precisely cut using CNC laser cutting technology to achieve smooth, clean edges with minimal tolerance. The work includes cutting to the required profiles, finishing of edges, provision of all necessary adhesives and fixings, and professional installation on designated surfaces within the gallery. The quoted rate must account for any variations in font style, size, and the selection of 5 different acrylic colors. The payable area for the acrylic letters will be based on the area of the minimum rectangular box enclosing each letter.

Supply and installation of PVC Panels, Supply, fabrication, and installation of rigid expanded foam PVC boards 12mm thick, in color as selected by the Officer in Charge with smooth, finished edges. The boards will be made of high-quality expanded PVC (Forex) with a density of 0.45 – 0.55 g/cm³, ensuring durability and rigidity. The material will have tensile strength of ≥ 6 MPa, compressive strength of ≥ 8 MPa, and flexural strength of ≥ 10 MPa, making it suitable for signage applications. The boards will be resistant to moisture and impact, ensuring long-term durability in indoor environments. They will also meet UL 94 V-0 or equivalent flame retardancy standards for safety. The surface will be matte to eliminate glare, ensuring clear visibility without reflections. The boards will be mounted 25mm (1 inch) away from the partition wall using fabricated PVC spacer elements in a 2ftx2ft grid of adequate strength to ensure rigidity and allow for backlighting installation.

Fabrication & Installation of Rectangular Raised Floor Platform (Platform A).Fabrication and installation of a rectangular raised floor platform measuring 34 feet x 22 feet x 0.5 foot in height, as per the given drawing at the site. The platform will have a frame made of 2" x 3" teakwood for structural integrity and support. The platform surface will be constructed using 19mm thick BWP plywood (IS 710), known for its durability and resistance to moisture. The plywood will be covered with Green/Century make plywood on the top surface, ensuring a high-quality finish. The top surface will be finished with a similar material as in (1). All edges of the platform will be properly finished with smooth, rounded corners to prevent any sharp edges and ensure safety.The platform will be fixed securely to the floor as per the given layout, with all necessary materials, including screws, fasteners, and adhesives, provided. Access ramps or steps will be incorporated as per the Officer in Charge’s requirements.

Fabrication & Installation of curved Seats. Fabrication and installation of seats following given curved or straight design, each measuring 18 inches in height, with a 6-inch thick cushion, and a width of 2 feet. The seats will be constructed using a 2" x 3" teakwood frame for the primary structural support, and 19mm thick BWP plywood (IS 710) for the seat body and backrest. The surface of the seats will be finished with a laminate surface (color/pattern to be selected by the Officer in Charge), while the cushion will be made of high-density foam with a density of 40-45 kg/m³ and ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) of 25-30, 6 inches thick. The foam will be upholstered with genuine leather (color selected by the Officer in Charge, as per exhibition standards) to provide a premium finish and durability. The seat will be securely fastened to the floor or base structure, and all visible surfaces will be finished with high-quality laminate to ensure durability and easy maintenance. Internal framing will be made from teakwood, with appropriate bracing for stability and strength. The laminate and cushion will be securely fixed, ensuring the seat is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Fabrication & Installation of Semicircular Raised Floor Platform (Platform B), Fabrication and installation of a semicircular raised floor platform with a diameter of 17 feet and a height of 18 inches. The structure will be fabricated using 2" x 3" teakwood beams for the primary structural frame and 19mm thick BWP plywood (IS 710) for the platform surface. The platform will be designed with adequate internal bracing to support the curved shape and ensure structural integrity. The top surface will be finished with a similar material as in (1). All edges of the platform will be properly finished with smooth, rounded corners to prevent any sharp edges and ensure safety. The platform will be supported by additional structural elements to ensure the platform’s stability and strength under load.

Supply & Installation of Synthetic Grass Carpet. Supply and installation of synthetic grass carpet on the designated area of 250 square feet. The synthetic grass will be made of high-quality UV-resistant polypropylene or polyethylene fibers to ensure durability, realistic appearance, and resistance to wear and fading. The grass carpet will have a pile height of 25-30mm to provide a natural look and feel, while maintaining functionality. The color and quality of the grass carpet will be selected by the Officer in Charge to match the exhibition's theme.

Fabrication & Installation of Plywood Cladding around Existing Pillars. Fabrication and installation of plywood cladding around 5 existing pillars, each cladding unit sized approximately 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet x 10 feet in height. The cladding will be constructed using 19mm thick BWP plywood (IS 710) for the main structure. The exterior surfaces of the cladding will be finished with a high-quality laminate and vinyl as per the design intent and color/pattern selected by the Officer in Charge. The laminate will be similar to (3), ensuring durability and resistance to wear and moisture, while the vinyl will be selected for its aesthetic appeal, durability, and ease of cleaning. The cladding will include necessary internal framing made from 2" x 3" teakwood to ensure secure fixing around the existing pillars.

Stretched fabric Ceiling Works for Decoration, Fabrication and installation of stretched fabric ceiling elements for decorative purposes in the designated area of 500 sqft. The fabric will be high-quality polyester or PVC-coated fabric, similar to the type used in airports and pagodas, selected for its UV-resistance, fire-retardant, and mildew-resistant properties, ensuring durability and safety. The fabric will be stretched over a lightweight, but strong aluminum frame made from extruded aluminum alloy (Grade 6063-T5), known for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication. The frame will feature 1.5mm thick profiles with reinforced joints to ensure structural integrity while maintaining a sleek appearance. The frame structure will consist of a modular grid design, allowing easy installation and the flexibility to accommodate different ceiling shapes and sizes.

Fabrication & Installation of FRP Tree Structure. Fabrication and installation of a Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tree structure with an approximate surface area of 2000 sqft. The tree structure shall be fabricated using high-quality FRP material with IS 6746 standards, reinforced with high-strength E-glass fibers for optimal structural integrity. The internal structural support will consist of a steel frame made from IS 2062 mild steel, with dimensions of 2" x 2" x 0.125" (50mm x 50mm x 3mm) steel sections for the trunk and 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.125" (38mm x 38mm x 3mm) for the branches. The frame will be welded with reinforced joints at critical stress points to ensure stability. The steel frame will be coated with a Zinc-rich primer and finished with epoxy paint to provide corrosion resistance. The tree structure will be mounted around an existing pillar at site for long term stability. The visible parts of the structure, including the bark texture and foliage, will be finished with a UV-resistant gel coat to ensure durability and color retention over time.

Supply & Installation of Gallery Lighting Fixtures (General & Spot Lights). Supply and installation of 40 general lighting fixtures and 40 spot lighting fixtures suitable for gallery illumination. The general lighting fixtures shall be LED track-mounted panel lights with a CRI of 90+ and a CCT of 4000K (neutral white) to provide uniform, glare-free illumination for the gallery space. These fixtures shall have a wattage of 18-24W and an average beam angle of 120° to ensure even distribution of light across large areas. The spot lighting fixtures shall be LED track-mounted spotlights with a CRI of 90+ and a CCT of 3000K (warm white) to enhance exhibit highlights. These fixtures will have a wattage of 15-20W and an adjustable beam angle of 15° to 45° for precise and directed illumination of specific artwork or exhibits.

Fabrication of Central Exhibit structure as per design drawings. Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one custom central exhibit structure as per attached design drawings, constructed using naturally seasoned, straight, knot-free CP teak wood frame of nominal cross-section 2” x 1” (50mm x 25mm), fabricated precisely to dimensions and internal layout specified in the design. The structural frame shall be sheathed with 12mm thick BWP-grade plywood (conforming to IS 710 standards) on all required surfaces. All exposed wooden surfaces of the structure shall be prepared and finished in accordance with standard woodworking and finishing practices. Surfaces must be thoroughly machine- and hand-sanded to achieve a smooth, even base free of burrs, splinters, or machining marks. All joints, nail holes, and surface imperfections shall be filled with high-quality wood putty, compatible with the final finish. After puttying and final sanding, surfaces shall be sealed with appropriate wood primer, followed by two or more coats of premium-grade paint or wood polish (as specified), applied evenly to achieve a uniform, durable, and blemish-free finish. Drying times between coats must be respected, and final finish shall be free from brush marks, dust, streaks, or discoloration. All materials used must be suitable for interior application and capable of withstanding long-term public use without deterioration.

Fabrication of Exhibits as per design drawings Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ten (10) custom exhibit structures as per attached design drawings, constructed using naturally seasoned, straight, knot-free CP teak wood frame of nominal cross-section 2” x 1” (50mm x 25mm), fabricated precisely to dimensions and internal layout specified in the design. The structural frame shall be sheathed with 12mm thick BWP-grade plywood (conforming to IS 710 standards) on all required surfaces. All exterior-facing areas to be finished with either 1.0mm thick premium decorative laminate (Greenlam, Century, AICA Sunmica, Merino, or approved equivalent) in matte finish, as selected by the officer in charge. The exhibit structures must be engineered to support the integration of TV screens, computer hardware, and peripheral electronic components, including secure mounting zones, concealed cable routing paths, service hatches, and ventilation provisions, as per the detailed drawings. Adequate access must be incorporated for ongoing maintenance and replacement of electronic components without disassembly of the main structure. The fabrication must include all internal bracing, concealed structural supports, precision-machined openings, and complete finishing of all visible elements to achieve a consistent, professional, gallery-grade appearance suitable for long-term use in high-traffic environments. Approximately 20% of the total surface area of each exhibit structure shall be clad with solid surface material such as Corian or approved equivalent, in locations as indicated in the design drawings. Installation shall follow standard solid surface fabrication and finishing techniques, including proper substrate preparation, mechanical fastening where required, seamless jointing with color-matched adhesive, edge profiling, and final surface finishing to achieve a smooth, matte or satin appearance as specified. All exposed edges must be chamfered or rounded for safety and durability. The solid surface cladding shall be securely bonded to prevent delamination, and all joints shall be carefully sanded and polished to appear continuous and uniform. Installation must ensure resistance to impact, moisture, and daily wear, suitable for high-contact public use.
