Cost per square meter construction for Dwelling units along with necessary Public health Engineering works for Building, Electrical works for Buildings, Lifts for Buildings, Underground Sump Tanks, Bore wells, Compound wall works, Road works, SW drains, Land scaping / Horticulture works, Rain Water Harvesting, Public Health Engineering Works (Site Infra), Electrical Works (site Infra),2 no DG set for MIG, Solar Roof Top PV System for Common Area Lighting etc., Amenities , Testing charges as per the details mentioned, all costs for the Preliminaries requirements for Enviornment clearances, Statutory Clerances etc., Compliances to Environmental Requirements for PAPs at Pardi, Bharatwada, Punapur & Bhandewadi (ABD) area, and Cost Including all Taxes and Duties, GST

Note: 1. Bidder to consider his cost in the Quoted prices for all the Preliminaries Including all the cost for the Approvals, licenses, Environmental Clearances, statutory clearances, site office set up, Transportation, Inspections, Field Labs, Material Testing at govt. Institutions, Photography, Video Shooting, load testing etc. which are not explicitly mentioned but to complete the Construction of the project. 2. Tenderer shall Quote for all the works being executed inclusive of all applicable Taxes, Duties, Transportation cost and GST 3.Tenderer to Digitally sign and stamp all the Pages and upload in e-portal 4. Tenderer shall sign and stamp all the Pages of RFP documents Volume 1,2,3,4 &5 and submit the Hard copies to NSSCDCL as mentioned in the RFP Volume 1 5.Contingency amount shall be used for any other item required for completion of the Project, but not included in the BOQ and shall be approved by NSSCDCL prior to execute the items. 6. Project estimated cost is based on SR 2018-19, PWD, Govt. of Maharashtra. 7. The details of 77009 Sq.m area consisting of total Built-up areas of EWS, LIG and MIG units and common areas of blocks only.
