INDICATIVE LIST OF ASSETS THAT MAY BE PROCURED (C) - (BoQ 4)

Instructions: 1).For Quarterly payments, the total OpEx Cost mentioned in (A) & (B) would be considered for payment purposes. The quarterly O&M bill would be subject to change post change in quantities of (A) whether it is positive or negative. 2).The mentioned quantity in (C) is indicative and have been provided only for the purpose of commercial evaluation. Replacement Order will be placed on case to case basis in line with Section 6.17 and only the unit rates as provided in the Table (C) would be considered. In case the bidder suggests that a different Make and Model other than the one already in use is required for any component to be replaced, the same should also be mentioned in the "Suggested Make & Model" Column in the table along with its pricing in the "Per Unit Capex Cost" Column. 3).Total Cost of Project (D) will be taken up for selection of L1 bidder. The total cost of Tables (A), (B), (C) & (D) should be inclusive of all applicable taxes excluding GST.

4) The make & model of all line items along with their tentative EOL mentioned in has been provided in Section 13.21.  5) If, in near future, any Replacement / implementation of certain components comes up during project tenure, then the cost mentioned in Table (C) would be considered for payment purposes. 6) Any tools/software used during the project implementation and support must be clearly discussed and approved with NSSCDCL and the cost of the same must be solely incurred by the bidder. 7) All the prices are to be entered in Indian Rupees ONLY. 8) The Bidder needs to account for all Out-of-Pocket expenses due to Boarding, Lodging and other related items. 9) Prices indicated in the schedules shall be inclusive of all taxes, Levies, duties etc excluding GST. It is mandatory to provide breakup of all Taxes, Duties and Levies wherever asked for. During the payment stage NSSCDCL reserves the right to ask the Bidder to submit proof of payment against any of the taxes, duties, levies indicated. 10) The Bidder shall be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the contract price, which shall, except as otherwise provided for in the contract, cover all its obligations under the contract. 11) No advance payment shall be made towards any activity. 12) Quarterly Payment option will be used by NSSCDCL
