The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily executing work of similar nature as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. For Regular, Routine, and Maintenance works, the requirements are: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. For Original and New Construction Works: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature, each costing 30% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, with an aggregate value of 60% of the estimated cost. The value of executed completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum.
