The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience in construction of Railway/Road bridges, with preferable experience in Railway/road Bridges in creek water with pile foundations. - Dy. Project Manager: 8 years of experience in construction of Railway/Road bridges if having a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology, or 12 years of experience if having a Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Civil Engineer: 5 years of experience for Degree holders or 10 years of experience for Diploma holders in construction of Bridges with Prestressing Work. - Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 10 years of experience including additional qualification in Occupational Health and Safety for a minimum of 3 years. - Surveyor: 5 years of survey experience with Total station Survey equipment. - Quality Control Engineer: 5 years of experience working in Quality Control Lab of large Infra project. The bidder must have completed similar works with a total contract amount that meets the minimum eligibility criteria, such as: - Minimum one contract of similar nature of minimum value: INR 81.55 Cr. - Minimum two contracts of similar nature of minimum value: INR 54.37 Cr. - Minimum three contracts of similar nature of minimum value: INR 40.78 Cr. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 7 years, one single similar work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subcontracted, in the last 5 years. The available bid capacity for the tenderer is calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received, and it should be equal to or more than INR 135.92 Cr. Each non-lead member of the JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 7 years, one single similar work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of the work. The similar work should involve construction of any one of the following types of bridges with pile foundation: Road Over Bridge, Railway Flyover Bridge, Railway Bridge, or Road Flyover Bridge with a PSC slab/girder of a minimum span of 9.15 m or a composite steel girder of a minimum span of 24.00 m.
