Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of factory-made (wet cast) Precast U Shape storm water drain (SWD) heavy duty type of sizes (Internal dimensions) & corresponding heavy duty lid covers of sizes as mentioned hereunder. Precast U Shaped segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 50 grade with minimum Cement content of 450Kg/Cum. Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe- 500D as per IS : 1786. The minimum quantity of reinforcement shall be as given below and details mentioned in works requirement. The precast drain with lid cover shall be designed considering a wheel load of 5.0 Tonne. Length of each precast drain segment shall not be less than 2.0m. Concrete shall be cast in leakproof steel moulds maintaining precise product dimensions.Design shall confirm to 33 IS/BIS / Indian Railway Concrete bridge code / JIS standards / Guidelines/ Codes. Precast drain shall take into account expected handling and erection stresses etc. The precast drain shall have tie/groove shape joint 10-20 mm width X 25 mm depth groove on both sides for jointing two precast drain segments. The precast segment shall consist of special in-built inserts at appropriate location for safer and faster installation. Joint shall be filled up with factory made non-shrink grout material of approved make. Precast Factory shall have in-house NABL approved testing facility for quality checks and shall have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for design, manufacture and dispatch of products and shall be ZED certified. The rate is applicable for supply of precast products at Bhivpuri Carshed project in Mumbai Division of Central Railway and is inclusive of all loading, leading, unloading, handling, rehandling, applicable taxes (Excl GST), installation of precast segments by mechanical/manual means, grouting of joints, curing etc. The rate is also inclusive of Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil, PCC (1:3:6), Bed dry mortar etc. complete item.

Excavation in foundations in boulders including rocks requiring chiselling (blasting is not permitted) by manual and mechanical means including dewatering etc. as per specifications with all contractor's own machinery and equipments, labour, lead & lift, crossing of track, including 3 disposing the rock / stone at suitable nominated locations as per directions of Engineer. Note: - 1. The rates are inclusive of all safety measures to be adopted for protection of structures in the vicinity of works. 2. Payment shall be made only for design profile and no payment shall be given for any over cut. 3. The excavation shall be done by any means to suite site conditions for protection of utility services such as cables, pipelines etc.

Providing and laying Tack coat top layer using 60/70 penetration grade bitumen sprayed over Bituminous macadam @ 0.5 Kg/sqm as per the specifications and drawing. Rate including all taxes, royalty, all leads & lift, transportation etc. complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 600 mm having 50 nos. round per 6 m length up to 3m to 3.5m height of wall from filling top level with existing angle iron 'Y' 10 shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm. with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle paid seperately under relevant item of structural steel

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete, ready mix concrete (RMC) of M35 Grade produced from approved microprocessor controlled automatic batching plant with 20 mm size graded machine crushed stone aggregate (minimum cementious material shall be 350 kg per cum & max. W/C ratio 0.40 as per IS & IRS code) in various concrete elements of bridges and buildings such as pier, abutment, ballast retainer, RCC Box Slab & Wall, or any other similar location, etc. etc or at any location including locations in between operational railway tracks with form work of approved quality and material, shuttering, staging and scaffolding, dewatering, placing using pumps/placer boom/crane & bucket, compaction, finishing the surface and curing of concrete etc. with all contractors tools, plants, labours and materials of approved quality, all lead and lift, crossing of tracks, etc complete as 7 per specification & direction of Engineer -In-Charge.Note:1. Rate is inclusive of Chloride free admixture such as super plasticizer.2. Only construction joint shall be permitted.3. Form work shall be approved by Engineer- in -charge before use.4. The contractor shall install microprocesser controlled automatic batching plant of suitable capacity or use RMC for the concreting work, except for the location and components of small work permitted by Engineer in charge for use of self loading concrete mixer capable of recording and printing ingredients' weight electronically.5. Rate shall be inclusive of using equipment like placer boom/concrete pump/ crane bucket method for pouring/placing of concrete in its final position, with all contractors labours, tools, plants, machinery consumables, etc complete.6. No extra payment will be made for extra for RMC and pump, boom placer, etc. It is included in rate. 7. No extra payment of additional cement content beyond minimum cement content will be made for increase in cement content mentioned in the relevant item of concrete. Mix design will be approved by engineer-in-charge of MRVC.

Cutting of trees more than 60 cm girth including depositing the wood at nominated locations with loading transporting including all lead, lift, machine, labour,etc as directed by Engineer- 28 in-charge. The contractor shall obtain necessary approval from concerned authorities for cutting/transplanting trees. The required payment to concerned authority for obtaining permission will be made by MRVC. The rate also includes plantation/re-plantation if required as per permission obtained from concern tree cutting authority. No extra payment shall be made for plantation/re- plantation of trees/plants

Providing, laying and compacting hand packed dry rubble soling 250 mm thick without 11 any special dressing of stone with contractor's road roller and keeping to template as directed by the Engineer. Rate includes all contractor's labours, materials, tools and plants etc. including all taxes, royalty, all leads & lift, transportation etc. complete as per specification.

Provision for any other incidental Central Railway USSOR 2021 (Formation works, Bridge Works and P. Way) items with escalation 12% above basic rate required for successful completion of work and provision for shifting of utilities encounter during execution of work. Notei) Contractor to quote percentag above/below/at par for this item in schedule E and total amount of various items to be operated from USSOR 2021 items of Central railway is Rs. 1,00,00,000. ii) Permission of GM(Civil)/CPM/CE/ED will be required for deciding items to be operated from USSOR 2021 iii) Rates of USSOR 2021 are including GST. Hence, GST should be deducted while operating relevant items as all the rates in schedules of BOQ are excluding GST.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete

Providing, fixing and jointing G.I. pipe with fittings of approved special heavy quality 21 (C-class pipe) for underground work up to required depth, painting all pipes and fittings with anti- corrosive bitumen solution and wrapping with high quality bitumen hessian cloth all around the pipe and fittings, coupling, Tee, Bend, reducers, with all labours, materials, T&P and all lead & lift etc. complete as directed.

Credit for taking away already cut wood. Note: The payment of the item will be paid on the basis of difference of weight of empty truck and loaded truck with cut wood. The cut wood will be taken away by the agency under proper authority letter from MRVC authorized representative at site. 30 Loading/unloading of cut wood should be arranged by the contractor, and no extra payment will be made for the same. Regarding taking permission from local concerned authorities, the same will be done by the agency at their level and no extra payment will be made for this. However, permission of cutting tress/branches will be obtained by the agency and necessary charges levied by local bodies for cutting of trees will be arranged by MRVC as stated in the relevant item.

Provision of safety enforcer and data loggers to Engineer- in-charge of MRVC during the currency of the contract in terms of specification of works requirement - technical specifications 23 for daily record keeping in the software/ MS office application for the daily activities, daily progress, material consumption and updating technical register maintained at site as specified in the technical specification at the various work sites and preparation and submission of the report in the required format to the Engineer In charge including preparation of presentation for the on-going works etc. 7NS 2790.00 Man- 24

Earth work with compaction in all Railway embankment including bridge approaches with contractors own earth as per specification attached in the tender document with all lead and lift, spreading in layers, watering and rolling at OMC with contractors power driven vibro roller of minimum 8 to10 tonne capacity to the required density of min.98% of MDD as obtained from heavy compaction modified proctors test in accordance with IS2720(pt VIII) 1983 and IS 10379 of 1982 including dressing the top and side slopes and forming the profile with all contractors tools, labours, materials and plants, fuel, consumable etc. complete in all respect upto the satisfaction of engineer- in-charge. Rate also includes watering wherever requiring all tools, plants, machinery, testing 1 equipment and charges, labour, all taxes, royalties, ocrtoi etc. as may be required. The work shall be carried out as per RDSO's GUIDELINES FOR EARTHWORK IN RAILWAY PROJECT RDSO/2020/GE: IRS- 0004, Sept.- 2020 (up to latest revision) including correction slips up-to-date Note: 1. Only vibro roller shall be used for compaction of earthwork. 2. Each layer of earthwork shall be levelled in proper side and longitudinal slopes with grader machine. 3. The work 3.5m from existing track centre shall be done only in traffic block, during day/night. 4. The rate is inclusive of lighting arrangement required during night working. 5. The rate includes extra 50 Cm width of bank on either side for proper rolling of shoulder and then cutting / dressing to correct design profile. 6. In case the Earth work is to be done for widening of the existing bank or on sloping ground, the rate also includes all benching as per Railway's (RDSO) specification/Engineer's directions. 7. The rate includes royalty charges. No extra payment will be made

Providing, Laying and compacting 15 mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate 17 (passing 6 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) using 128 Kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per cum of aggregate and finishing with road roller all complete. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery etc. complete as per drawing and specifications. Rate including all taxes, royalty, all leads & lift, transportation etc. complete.

Providing RCC, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of M30 grade with 20 mm size graded machine crushed stone aggregate with minimum cementious material shall be 320 kg per cum & max. W/C ratio 0.45 as per IS & IRS code. Note: - 1. Rate is inclusive of Chloride free admixture such as super plasticizer. 2. Only construction joint shall be permitted. 3. Form work shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before use. 4. The contractor shall install automatic batching plant of suitable capacity or use RMC for the concreting work, except for the location and components of work permitted by engineers in charge for use of mechanical mixer at site. For such concreting without 6 RMC, deduction at the rate of Rs. 500 per cum will be made from payment. 5. No extra payment will be made for extra for RMC and pump, boom placer, etc. It is included in rate. 6. Steel reinforcement will be paid separately under item no. 2/NS of Schedule-C. 7. Rates are inclusive of temporary form work of approved quality and material for temporary side and bottom shuttering, staging and scaffolding, dewatering, placing using pumps/placer boom/crane & bucket, compaction, finishing the surface and curing of concrete with all contractors' tools, plants, labours and materials of approved quality, all lead and lift, crossing of track, etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In- Charge. 8. No extra payment of additional cement content beyond minimum cement content will be made for increase in cement content mentioned in the relevant item of concrete. Mix design will be approved by engineer-in-charge of MRVC.

Shifting of porta cabin within lead of 300m with lifting equipment like hydra and labour and as directed by Engineer. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc complete.

Obtaining administrative approval from tree authority for the cutting/transplanting of trees coming in the way of proposed work including preparation of drawing showing the details of 29 trees, processing for the sanction etc. complete. Note:-(1) Fees for obtaining permission of tree cutting/transplanting etc. will be paid separately by MRVC.(2) The required permission/all formalities from concerned tree authority will be obtained by contractor.(3) Once job means permission for tree cutting/transplanting in an area specified by Engineer.

Providing portable fencing with provision of one 50mm wide retro-reflective tape in horizontal direction, duly secured/tight with vertical posts.along running track where work is to be done in close vicinity of track, maintaining during execution of work and removing after completion of 18 the work as per direction of the Engineer. Fencing shall consist of self supporting steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, 1.5m long provided with hooks etc. and embedded in CC 1:2:4 block of size 0.23m x 0.23m x 0.23m placed at c/c distance of 2m along track. 12mm dia rods in three horizontal layers shall be tack welded with angle posts. Note : Released material will be property of the contractor after completion of work.

Design shall also consider expected handling and erection stresses etc. Box segment shall have flange plate at corner haunch and male - female arrangement with sandwiched Rubber gasket to ensure leak proof joints. Each segment shall be joined by flange-bolt connection consisting of 12 mm diameter, 50 mm long Grade-8.8 high tensile steel bolts and washer. Pre-cast boxes shall also consist of special in-built inserts at appropriate location for facilitating safer and faster installation. Joint shall be finally sealed with non-shrink grout and cured. Precast Factory shall have in-house NABL approved testing facility for quality checks and shall have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for design, manufacture and dispatch of products and shall be ZED certified. Note:-1. The rates are inclusive of all safety measures to be adopted for protection of structures in the vicinity of works.2. Payment shall be made only for design profile and no payment shall be given for any over cut.3. The excavation done by any manual means for detection of cable in trenching work to suite site requirement will be paid in this item and no extra payment for trenching by manual means, cable varification, block working, including safety marshals, lighting will be made.4. Disposing off the surplus/unusable earth to outside railway boundary and within Railway boundary with all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer is included in this item.

Providing backfilling with stone boulders of approved quality behind abutment, return 4 wall, wing wall etc, with all contractor's stone materials, labours, tools and pants, etc. including all taxes, royalty, all lead and lifts, transportation etc. complete as per Railway's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of Multipurpose assistant for implementation of safety and traffic management plan

Finishing exterior surface of walls at all locations with one coat of Birla White Cement 19 as a weather shield primer coat and two coats of weather shield acrylic emulsion paint of approved brands - Asian, Berger, Nerolac with 7 year warranty of approved colour and shade with all contractors materials, labour, scaffolding, T& P, and brushes, water charges etc. complete as per the specifications with all lead and lift, to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

The minimum quantity of reinforcement shall be 34 as given below and details mentioned in works requirement. Length of each precast box segment shall not be less than 2.0m. Concrete shall be cast in leakproof steel moulds maintaining precise product dimensions.The Box shall be designed confirming to IRS-CBC, IRS- Bridge rules, IRS Sub Structure and Foundation code for 25 tonne axle load. Design shall also consider expected handling and erection stresses etc. Box segment shall have flange plate at corner haunch and male - female arrangement with sandwiched Rubber gasket to ensure leak proof joints. Each segment shall be joined by flange-bolt connection consisting of 12 mm diameter, 50 mm long Grade-8.8 high tensile steel bolts and washer. Pre-cast boxes shall also consist of special in-built inserts at appropriate location for facilitating safer and faster installation. Joint shall be finally sealed with non-shrink grout and cured. The rates includes supply, loading, unloading, transporting to site, cutting, bending, hooking, placing and fixing in position with contractor's 9 galvanized binding wire of 18 SWG, labour, tools & plants all lead & lift, crossing of tracks, testing etc. as per the approved drawings as directed by the Engineer. Note:(i)The item will be paid only for quantities used actually excluding overlaps other than designed.(ii) The wastage, cut pieces shall be taken away by the contractor and the same will not be paid.(iii) The design overlaps / embedment length only will be paid and other overlaps will not be paid.(iv) Testing of steel shall be as per IS codal provisions

Providing bituminous tack coat (Primer coat) @ 1.0 Kg/sqm over WBM using 14 bituminous emulsion with a kinematic viscosity of 30-60 Centistokes at 600C as per IS: 8887-2004 complete as per Technical Specifications clause 502 of MORT & H specifications as directed by the Engineer. Rate includes all contractor's labours, materials, tools and plants etc. including all taxes, royalty, all leads & lift, transportation etc. complete

Supplying, spreading, watering, blinding and compacting stone dust with contractor's 13 road roller and material to 10 mm thickness of finished surface, including keeping the road surface wet as directed by the Engineer. Rate includes all contractor's labours, materials, tools and plants etc. including all taxes, royalty, all leads & lift, transportation etc. complete as per specification.
