The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general/project management consultancy in India pertaining to Rail-Based Urban Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) for elevated or/and underground metro rail system. This experience should involve works such as preliminary/detailed designs, framing specifications, drawing up contract documents, checking designs, approval of goods for construction drawings, project management, and supervision, including inspection, safety, and quality, testing, and commissioning. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the physical execution of the project, with the critical component of the project being complete. The minimum value of the work completed should be as follows: - At least one project of value INR 20.8 crores or more - At least two projects of value INR 13.0 crores each or more - At least three projects of value INR 10.4 crores each or more. The bidder should have completed these works during the last ten years as on the date of submission of the bid. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works, but specific values and percentages are not mentioned, except that a project with completion of 80% and above shall be considered if the critical component of the project is complete. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for this work will be INR 26 Lakhs, and the Agency will be required to pay to the Technical Expert and Support Staff at least 75 % of the rate quoted in the price schedule against that Technical Expert/Support Staff.
