TAMARIND DE SEEDING MACHINE:(AUTOMATIC) Function: For bulk deseeding of dry tamarind without shell. Operator has to load the hopper of feed elevator. Brief spec: • Consists with auto loading conveyor for feeding of dry tamarind into chamber. • Complete with motor gearbox pulley guards etc. • Slotted drum type arrangement for separation of seed from tamarind. • Motor – Hindustan / equivalent Make. • Elec. TAMARIND DE SEEDING MACHINE: (LARGE FRUIT) Function: For deseeding of dry tamarind without shell. Operator has to place tamarind on slow speed rotary drum and open tamarind will be discharged from bottom. Brief spec: • Thick gauge MS plate self-standing structure. • Complete with rotary drum, Beater arm, Foot pedal switch. All necessary fittings. • Size: Approx. 1200 mm X 400 mm X 550 mm. Ht. • Elec. Power: 1 HP. / 3 Ph / 415 V / 50 Hrtz. • Capacity: Approx. 20 to 25 Kg. / Hr. depending on operator efficiency.

TAMARIND BLOCK MAKING MACHINE: Function: For making Seedless Tamarind into Tamarind blocks trough Hydraulic Press. Operations: The operator has to put the tamarind in the block shaped container and then press the switch to form Block. Brief Spec: • Heavy duty Mild structure • Consists of heavy-duty cylinder, Operator has to place 1 kg deseeded Tamarind in mould and ON the lever to press the tamarind in mould. • Complete with motor & drive arrangement covers. • Semi-automatic hydraulic tamarind blocks press with a: 2HP power pack and hydraulic compression and ejection cylinders. • Machine suitable to make 250grm, 500grm, and 1kg, with an appropriate multi cavity layout and a retractable die system to facilitate loading and a unit cycle capacity of 2kg • 1 set each of the, 500gm and 1kg dies are to be supplied with press, along with the accompanying pressing plates for each size. • Elec. Perforation. • Coarse Pulper complete with 2 Nos. of Brushes & 2 Nos. of Cutting Beater blades with adjustable height. • Polypropylene base nylon Brushes caged in SS304 folded channels for extra strength. • Hinged cover on top for easy cleaning after production batch. TWO HEAD PNEUMATIC PISTON FILLER: Function: For filling sauce/pulp in open container/jars/pouches etc. Brief spec: • Horizontally mounted piston of 500ml.capacity mounted on rigid sqr.
