Top section of the mast is to be fabricated from M.S. seamless pipe of 130mm OD X 8.0mm X 5.0 Mtrs. MS flange of 12" dia X25mm with 8 nos. holes drilled in PCD suitable for 20mm dia bolts to be fitted & welded at a distance of 450mm from one end of the pipe with necessary gusset support. The other end of pipe to be closed by welding M.S. plate of dia 130mm X 10mm. 2 nos. MS lugs are to be fitted & welded in required angle to support yardarm with flat bar on both side. At top necessary M.S. backet is to be welded for fixing yardarm. Neat & strong welding to be ensured. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Necessary M.S. steps are to be fabricated from 28mm dia M.S. round bar bending in “U” shape and to be welded to these three pipes strongly. First step to be welded at a distance of 2.500 mtrs. From the baseplate. 1 no. MS cleat to be fabricated from 28mm dia MS round bar as per required shape and to be fitted & welded to the first piece of the pipes for tying nylon rope. Neat & strong welding to be ensured. Providing 16 nos. H.T. Ssbolts of 20mm X 4” with nut, checknut & washer for joining pipes by flanges with each other. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Fabricating one set of 4 nos. stay rods from 40mm dia MS round bar of 1.20 mtrs. length. The MS plate of size 250mm X 160mm X 20mm is to be welded to the both ends of the round bar. Two nos. holes of 28mm dia to be drilled on one side of the plate for connecting base plate to it with the help of pin. Neat & strong welding to be ensured. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Providing MS plate of size 600mm X 600mm X 10mm with slot at the centre of the plate of size 270mm length X 25mm width. Fabricating pin of size 40mm dia X 200mm length for connecting plate to stay rods. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Fabrication of Yardarm :- Fabricating new MS yardarm of 3000mm X 10mm thick MS plate in such a shape that centre of this yardarm is 200mm & reducing on either side to nearly 105mm at both the ends. Gradual slope is to be maintained. MS flatbar of 25mm X 8mm to be fitted & weldd on the periphery of the yardarm to avid bending. MS plate of 450mm X200mm X 10mm to be fitted & welded at the centre of the yardarm as doubler plate for fixing of yardarm to the top pipe with the help of MS brackets, nuts & bolts. 4 nos. MS lugs of ar to be welde on either side of the yardarmfor fixing pulley to it. Two lugs with drilled holes to be provided & welded at the both ends of the yardarm in requied angle for fixing yardarm supporting flat bar of size 50mm X 8mm wit a hole suitable for 12mm dia bolts at both ends of the flatbar. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Providing 2 nos. 6" dia C.I. single sleeve pulley with G.I. shackle & fixing to the yardarm as per requirement. Charges includes cost of material & Labour charges. After completion of fabrication work, entire mast with yardarm required to be painted with one coat of primer paint.

Excavating for concreting the first piece of the mast in the ground. The size of foundation is of 1.200 mtr X 1.200 mtr X 1.800 mtr deep. Charges includes cost of 1:2:4 concreting , cost of material and labour charges with lift-leads etc. complete. Also escavating for concreting stay rods in ground of size 900mm X 900mm X 900mm deep at a suitable distance from storm warning signal mast on the ground. The size of the cement concrete foundation is 900mm X 900mm X 300 height. proper curing & centering is to be ensured. Good quality of plaster is to be done on concrete of the platform. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Erecting the Storm Warning Mast with total three pieces, yardarm with brackets & cross supp0rt, stay wire ropes with bottle screws, shackle & bull dog grips. Joining flanges` with nut bolts & washers. Tightening all wire ropes in line with stay rods. After completion of erection of mast complete mast is to be painted with one coat of primer paint & two coats of silver paint. Also greasing all bottle screws, shackles, bulldog grips, nut bolts & wire ropes. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication & labour charges with lift- lead etc. complete.

Fabricating & providing Storm Warning Signals for daytime as follows :-

Fabricating rectangular shape storm warning signal of size 1200mm X 600mm from 16 gauge G.I. sheet. MS flat bar of 25mm X 6.0mm to be fitted at the Centre of rectangle with 4nos. SS rings fitted at the end of flat bar on all leading edges. All leading edges are to be molded inserting 4.0mm dia MS round bar. 1/2" dia holes for passing air are to be drilled. After complete fabrication of storm warning signal, it is to be painted with one coat of primer paint & one coat of black paint. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication, painting & labour charges with lift-leads etc. complete.

Fabricating “triangular” shape storm warning signal of sinew 1250 mm X 1525 mm from 16-gauge G.I. sheet. MS flat bar of 25m X 6.0mm to be fitted at the centre with 2nos. SS rings fitted at the end of flat bar. All leading edges are to be moulded inserting 4.0mm dia MS round bar. 1/2" dia holes for passing air are to be drilled. After complete fabrication of storm warning signal, it is to be painted with one coat of primer paint & one coat of black paint. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication, painting & labour charges with lift-leads etc.

Fabricating “quadrangular” shape storm warning signal of size 1525mm height X 750mm width at centre from 16-gauge G.I. sheet. MS flat bar of 25m X 6.0mm to be fitted height wise at the centre with 2nos. SS rings fitted at both the end of flat bar. All leading edges are to be moulded inserting 4.0mm dia MS round bar. 1/2" dia holes for passing air are to be drilled. After complete fabrication of storm warning signal, it is to be painted with one coat of primer paint & one coat of black paint. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication, painting & labour charges with lift-leads etc.

Fabricating storm warning signal in “Damroo” shape of size 1525mm X 750mm width at both ends & 50mm width at the centre from 16 gauge G.I. sheet. MS flat bar of 25m X 6.0mm to be fitted height wise at the centre with 2nos. SS rings fitted at both the end of flat bar. All leading edges are to be moulded inserting 4.0mm dia MS round bar. 1/2" dia holes for passing air are to be drilled. After complete fabrication of storm warning signal, it is to be painted with one coat of primer paint & one coat of black paint. Charges includes cost of material, fabrication, painting & labour charges with lift-leads etc.

Providing Globular shape kerosene lantern (2 nos. red & 2 nos. white colour) for night time. Material charges only.

Providing 1" dia nylon rope for hoisting storm warning signals. Material charges only.
