Following 4 Items Consider in C Type Tender.(Mentioned in Schedule B in attached DTP) Construction of the bridge/flyover as per approved RCC design & drawing from MIDC , including excavation of piers, RE walls and all excavation activities as per drawing in soil, soft rock, hard rock, all strata including all leads & lifts, including dewatering, including conveying & disposing of excavated material at convenient place as instructed by Engineer in charge with all leads & lifts. Construction of foundation, sub-structure, super structure, providing & launching PSC-I girder, both side approach roads with asphalt treatment with GSB, WMM, DBM, BC as per approved drawing, RE walls, RCC crash barriers, RCC central verge, cantilever RCC brackets, expansion joints, POT-PTFE bearings, deck slab over RCC girder, 75 mm thick asphalt treatment wearing cot, embankment for approaches, approach slabs, filter media behind abutments, Providing Concrete road below flyover with DLC, PQC etc, providing drainage arrangements, water proofing treatment, painting with coal tar epoxy paint/acrylic paint, including 12 mm thick mastic asphalt, two coats of protective membrane over all cured concrete surface, including load testing & testing of any part of the structure as per MORTH specifications, scope of work and Item specifications. The work shall be carried out with all safety measures, including all taxes & duties etc. Complete ( excluding GST) 1) Item includes removing previous tiles, bed concrete, dismantling RCC work, RCC NP-2& 3 pipes of CD work sorting & stacking material such as steel at desired place as instructed by Engineer in charge. 2) Providing and removing barricading with the help of portable fencing in close vicinity of the work with Providing and fixing board displaying information of work, as instructed by Engineer in charge. 3) Item includes ‘Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip’, road delineaters, Solar raised pavement markers, cautionery, warning sign boards, retro reflectorised informatory sign boards, all signage road furniture works as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 -- Plant Mix Method and Grading - I Material

Excavation for roadway in soft rock, including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. and spreading or stacking as directed.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 mm compacted thickness with 3.3 % using specified grade of Bitumen. -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, vibratory roller.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gm/sqm .Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be 250 mcd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux and Qd of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to IRC 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for IRC 35:2015).

Providing RCC consultancy from reputed RCC designer for including preparation of GAD, design and drawing of proposed fly over/bridge, including taking trail pits/bores at required pier locations, preparation of soil investigation report, including RCC design & drawing proof checking from reputed govt. institution such as IIT Mumbai, PIET(COEP) etc. including required charges, submission of drawing & design to MIDC for approval from competent authority, including total station survey of existing road, survey of natural features, including line out after approval to design and drawing, with supervision of work with appropriate technical persons required as per specification, including obtaining all permissions from necessary govt/local bodies (permission charges will be reimbursed/given from MIDC), including communication with MIDC Officials, Traffic police department, etc. Also inspection of centering, scaffolding and steel from RCC consultant, to finalization of foundation and various necessary stages including site visit certificate. This item also includes providing manpower for supervision of site as instructed by Engineer in charge including preparation of primary billing activity and submission to MIDC Engineer in charge etc. This item also includes preparation of various record drawing after completion of work. The payment will be given as per break up schedule approved.

Free Swell Test for Soil.

Designing, providing, erecting & commissioning of street lights on bridge and on service road considering moderate to heavy traffic density with all accessories such as G.I. octagonal poles, foundations, LED fittings, LT XLPE round armoured cable, brackets, earthings, MCBs, DWC /GI pipes for cable enclosing, mains, suitable foundation etc. including providing & erecting necessary feeder panels with power supply arrangement from MSEDCL etc.

DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM : Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading1, premixed with bituminous binder of specified grade of Bitumen @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100mm compacted thickness. USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Wet Mix Macadam -- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
