Housekeeping works at IRICEN Institute Green building (which includes total four floors over stilt parking floor and Terrace floor at top. First Floor to Fourth Floor consists of different specified sections such as Model Room, Laboratory, Class Rooms, Committee hall & Conference Hall, Faculty chambers, Library, Reading Room, Computer Section, General and accounts section, Corridors / Passage/ Lobby / Open Terrace/Canopy / Surrounding area / Utility area / Staircase portion with railings, all toilets etc. 1 Stilt Floor consists of Parking area, UPS room, Record room, Electrical and S&T room etc. and Raised level Pathway to institute having two main gates and all other associate area within the IRICEN institute) as per the schedule of house-keeping mentioned in the scope of work, as per conditions of contract. The work of house- keeping to be done by the contractor using his own labour, materials tools and consumables etc. List of material with minimum quantity for monthly, once in four months and yearly required is available as Annexure - 1. The tenderer must deposit the material to concern Rly. Supervisor before the start of each month. Cost of it is included in the monthly rate.
