The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products. Specifically, 3 Years of past experience is required for the same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Self-declaration certificate of the local content for the item offered and the status as Class-I/Class-II/Non-Local supplier. 3. Declaration relating to percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 4. Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with the bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial year. 5. MSME/Udyam Certificate. 6. Goods and Service Tax Registration Certificate. 7. Permanent Account Number (PAN). 8. Professional Tax Registration Certificate. 9. Maharashtra State Shop and Establishment Registration Certificate. 10. Consignee Receipt and acceptance certificate. 11. Certificate of Agreement for all Terms and Conditions. 12. Escalation Matrix & Contact/Toll Free. Additionally, the bidder must meet the local content requirements, with a minimum of 50% and 20% local content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier, respectively.
