Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with the bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial year. 5. MSME/Udyam Certificate. 6. Goods and Service Tax Registration Certificate. 7. Permanent Account Number (PAN). 8. Professional Tax Registration Certificate. 9. Maharashtra State Shop and Establishment Registration Certificate. 10. Consignee Receipt and acceptance certificate. 11. Certificate of Agreement for all Terms and Conditions. 12. Escalation Matrix & Contact/Toll Free. Additionally, the bidder must meet the local content requirements, with a minimum of 50% and 20% local content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier, respectively.
