The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar civil renovation works, especially toilet blocks or sanitary infrastructure. The experience requirements are as follows: - Minimum 5 years: 3 marks - 6 years: 4 marks - 7 years and above: 5 marks The bidder should have completed a single similar work of value: - ₹3 Cr – ₹4 Cr: 3 marks - ₹4 Cr – ₹5 Cr: 4 marks - Above ₹5 Cr: 5 marks Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed work of a similar nature, with the following options: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., amounting to Rs 119 lacs. - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., amounting to Rs 178 lacs. - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., amounting to Rs 238 lacs. The similar works/experience refers to completed or ongoing projects involving repair/renovation/reconfiguration with fit-out of toilets, restrooms, incorporating cubicles, wooden partitions, electrical connections, and light fittings, and modern plumbing fittings. In case of ongoing works, the bidder must have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for the work executed. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 6% per annum.
