Comprehensive cleaning of toilet blocks, including both manual and mechanized cleaning. The cleaning services shall include: I. Cleaning of floors- Minimum two times in a day on all working days (around 300 days -600 services in a year). II. Cleaning of urinals, wash basins, faucets, taps, etc.- minimum two times in a day on all working days (around 300 days -600 services in a year). III. Cleaning of W/C, jet sprays with taps etc.- minimum once in a day on all working days (around 300 days - 300 services in a year). IV. Cleaning of walls, doors, windows, louvers, mirrors, partitions, ledges, platforms, all vertical surfaces, electrical fixtures, handles, knobs, etc.- Once in 15 days (around 30 days- 30 services in a year). V. Cleaning of ceiling- Once in a month (around 15 days - 15 services in a year). VI. Cleaning of Exhaust Fans- Once in 15 days (around 30 days-30 services in a year). VII. Deep cleaning of Toilet Blocks- Once in a two month (around 8 days - 8 services in a year). No. toilet blocks-51 (Gents Toilet-28, Ladies Toilet-23) Total No. of Urinals in all toilet blocks- 101 Total No. of Water Closets (W/C) in all toilet blocks - 211 Total No. of Wash Basins in all toilet blocks - 200 The thorough cleaning shall be done by using mechanized and manual means. The cleaning operations shall include thorough sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, moping, vacuum cleaning, and pressure washing using equipment such as Single Disc Scrubbing - SD 430, Double Motor Vacuum Cleaner - Tropper 429T NX, Johnson Swing 755 1st or Nilfisk CA 750, or equivalent machinery approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, etc. complete. If required additional rounds of cleaning shall be done in some bathrooms/Toilets to maintain required cleanliness, stains and stench free toilet blocks. All Necessary tools/equipments/instruments, manpower for operating the equipment and performing manual/mechanised cleaning, necessary cleaning chemicals, disinfectant shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on floor area basis. The rate is per square meter per year.

Comprehensive cleaning of Classrooms, Laboratories, Faculty cabins, Offices, Library, Workshops, Passages, Staircase blocks, Lifts, Lobbies, Auditorium, etc. The cleaning services shall include: i. Cleaning of floors- a) Ground floor and first floor Passages of main building & Ground floor Passages of all other buildings- Minimum once in day on all days (365 days-365 services in a year). b) Offices, Faculty cabins, Lobbies and Passages not covered in (a) above- Minimum once in a day on all working days (around 300 days- 300 services in a year). c) Classrooms, Laboratories, Workshops- Minimum once in a day on all working-instructional days (For 200 days- 200 services in a year). d) Library (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar library), Staircase blocks & Lifts- Minimum two times in a day for 300 days -300 services in a year. ii. Cleaning of ceiling- Minimum once in a month (For 15 days- 15 services in a year). iii. Cleaning of external faces/facades including Glass panels (both faces of glass panels) of peripheral walls of all buildings- Once in Month (for 15 days-15 services in a year). iv. Cleaning of Internal glass panels, wooden partitions, walls, and all vertical surfaces- Once in a Two Month (for 7 days-7 services in a year). v. Cleaning of tables, chairs & other furniture in offices- minimum once in a day on all working days (for 300 days- 300 services in a year). vi. Cleaning of benches & other furniture’s in classrooms, equipment, instruments - minimum once in a day on all working-instructional days (for 200 days-200 services in a year). vii. Cleaning of furniture’s in Laboratories minimum once in two days in a day on all working-instructional days (for 100 days-100 services in a year). viii. Cleaning of tables, chairs, bookshelf’s & other furniture in library - Minimum once in a day for 300 days-300 services in a year. ix. Deep cleaning of Classrooms, Offices, Laboratories, Library, Passages, Lobbies, Lifts, etc.- One service in a year. x. Vacuum Cleaning of Auditorium hall- Minimum twice in a month for 30 days-30 services in a year. The thorough cleaning shall be done by using mechanized and manual means. The rate is per square meter per year.

Comprehensive cleaning of overhead and underground water tanks of various size, shape, & capacity. The cleaning services shall include: Cleaning of external and internal surfaces of tank thoroughly by using 6 stage process including Sanitizing, Gramicidin, Anti-Fungal, Anti Mildew, Anti-Viral treatments and Deodorizing- Minimum once in three months (5 services in a year). Overhead tanks (65 Nos.): 1000 Litre -1 No., 2000 Litre – 37 Nos., 4000 Litre -11 Nos., 5000 Litre -5 Nos., 10000 Litre-4 Nos., 20000 Litre - 6 Nos., 50000 Litre – 1No. Underground /Onground tanks (35 Nos.): 1000 Litre – 1 No., 2000 Litre – 7 Nos., 4000 Litre - 11 Nos., 10000 Litre - 11 Nos., 67000 Litre - 1 No., 75000 Litre - 4 Nos. Comprehensive cleaning of Sewerage System: Minimum Once in three months (5 services in a year). The scope of work includes cleaning the sewer lines up to the municipal connections, along with cleaning of manholes/inspection chambers within the academic area. The thorough cleaning shall be done by using mechanized and manual means. The cleaning operations shall include pressure/vacuum cleaning, using appropriate equipment/machinery as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, etc. complete. If required additional rounds of cleaning shall be done for same to maintain required cleanliness. The muck/debris generated during cleaning shall be disposed of by the contractor appropriately. All Necessary tools/equipments/instruments, manpower for operating the equipment and performing manual/mechanised cleaning, necessary cleaning chemicals, disinfectant shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on Lumpsum basis. The rate is Lumpsum basis per year.

Comprehensive cleaning of Storm Water Drains and Manholes/Inspection chambers: Minimum Once in six months (3 services in a year). The scope of work includes cleaning the SWD lines up to the municipal connections, along with cleaning of manholes/inspection chambers within the academic area. The thorough cleaning shall be done by using mechanized and manual means. The cleaning operations shall include pressure/vacuum cleaning, using appropriate equipment/machinery as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, etc. complete. If required additional rounds of cleaning shall be done for same to maintain required cleanliness. The muck/debris generated during cleaning shall be disposed of by the contractor appropriately. All Necessary tools/equipments/instruments, manpower for operating the equipment and performing manual/mechanised cleaning, necessary cleaning chemicals, disinfectant shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on Lumpsum basis. The rate is Lumpsum basis per year.

Supply and installation of handwash dispensers at each wash basin: Total Nos. of wash basins: 200 Nos. Good quality wall mounted hand wash dispensers shall be installed at each wash basin. Damaged/broken dispensers shall be immediately replaced. The handwash should be sourced from high-quality generic brands, ensuring effective cleanliness and skin compatibility. Dispensers must be durable, easy to operate, and designed for convenient refilling and maintenance. All products and installations should adhere to relevant health and safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and user satisfaction, etc. complete. The dispensers shall be duly approved by Engineer In-charge. All Necessary tools, chemicals and manpower shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on Nos. dispenser supplied. The rate is per handwash dispenser.

Supply of liquid soap (at handwash dispensers) at each wash basin: Total Nos. of wash basins: 200 Nos. Good quality liquid soap shall be kept filled in all handwash dispensers. Assume consumption of an average 10 Litres of liquid soap per dispensers per year. The handwash should be sourced from high-quality generic brands, ensuring effective cleanliness and skin compatibility. All products and installations should adhere to relevant health and safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and user satisfaction, etc. complete. The liquid soap shall be duly approved by Engineer In-charge. All Necessary tools, chemicals and manpower shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. A handwash liquid shall be used sourced from reputable brands such as 1) Dettol, 2) Godrej Germ Fighter, 3) Santoor Liquid, and 4) Lifebuoy Liquid Handwash, that meet industry standards for safety and quality. The work will be measured on litre of handwash liquid soap supplied. The rate is per Litre.

Supply and installation of floor air freshener dispensers at each Toilet block & Staff rooms/Offices: Good quality wall mounted air freshener dispensers shall be installed at each Toilet block. Damaged/broken dispensers shall be immediately replaced. The dispensers should be sourced from high-quality generic brands, ensuring effective cleanliness. Dispensers must be durable, easy to operate, and designed for convenient refilling and maintenance. All products and installations should adhere to relevant health and safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and user satisfaction, etc. complete. The dispensers shall be duly approved by Engineer In-charge. All Necessary tools, chemicals and manpower shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on Nos. of dispenser supplied. The rate is per number per year.

Supply of air fresheners liquid (at floor air dispensers) at each Toilet block & Staff rooms/Offices: Good quality liquid air freshener shall be kept filled in all handwash dispensers. Assume consumption of an average 7-10 Litres of liquid air freshener per dispensers per year. The air dispenser should be sourced from high-quality generic brands, ensuring effective cleanliness and skin compatibility. All products and installations should adhere to relevant health and safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and user satisfaction, etc. complete. The liquid air freshener shall be duly approved by Engineer In-charge. All Necessary tools, chemicals and manpower shall be made available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. A freshners liquid shall be used sourced from reputable brands such as 1) Ambi Pur Room freshener, 2) Godrej aer Room freshener, 3) Odonil Room freshener, that meet industry standards for safety and quality. The work will be measured on litre basis.

Providing and installing dustbins and dustbin bags, cleaning dustbins on daily basis, disposing garbage and debris to designated places on daily basis- in Offices, faculty cabins, single toilet blocks (7 to 10 litres). The dust bins and the garbage bags shall be duly approved by Engineer In-charge. All products and installations should adhere to relevant health and safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and user satisfaction, etc. complete. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on Nos. basis. Washing of curtains, cleaning of blinds with help of appropriate machinery, chemicals/detergents, including removal and placing etc. complete and as per direction by Engineer in Charge. Minimum two times in a year. no of windows with curtain 30, no of windows with blinds 30 The services shall include Cleaning/washing using appropriate machinery, chemicals, and detergents. This service includes the removal and reinstallation of curtains and blinds as necessary. All tasks must be completed in accordance with the directions provided by the Engineer in Charge, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning. All Necessary tools/equipments/instruments, manpower for operating the equipment and performing manual/mechanised cleaning, necessary available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on running meter basis. The rate is per meter per year.

Cleaning /Washing of sofas with help of appropriate machinery, chemicals/detergents, including removal and placing etc. complete and as per direction by Engineer in Charge. Minimum two times in a year. Nos of sofas = 25 The services shall include Cleaning/washing using appropriate machinery, chemicals, and detergents. This service includes the removal and refixing on location of sofas as necessary. All tasks must be completed in accordance with the directions provided by the Engineer in Charge, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning. All Necessary tools/equipments/instruments, manpower for operating the equipment and performing manual/mechanised cleaning, necessary available by the contractor. All work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge. The work will be measured on running meter basis. The rate is per nos per year.

Providing buckets and mugs for use in WC areas: 5-Litre buckets and 0.75-Litre mugs This service includes maintaining these items in a clean and sanitary condition. This includes regular cleaning to ensure that the buckets and mugs remain hygienic and in good working order. Buckets and mugs must be durable and appropriately sized. Damaged/broken buckets and mugs shall be immediately replaced. The work will be measured on Buckets Nos. basis. The rate is per Bucket per year.

Providing, Installation, and Maintenance of Sanitary Pad vending Machines. The contractor shall supply and install high-quality, wall-mounted sanitary pad machines in each ladies' toilet block. (No of toilet blocks to be installed with sanitary pad vending machine: 21). The machines must be sourced from reliable, high-quality brands, ensuring durability, ease of use, convenient refilling and maintenance. Damaged or malfunctioning machines must be immediately replaced or repaired to ensure uninterrupted service. All installations and machines must comply with relevant health and safety standards to maintain optimal hygiene and user satisfaction. The machines, as well as their placement, must be approved by the Engineer in Charge. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, sanitary pads, and manpower for installation, cleaning, and regular maintenance of the machines throughout the year. All work must adhere to the standards and directions specified by the Engineer in Charge, and the rate will be measured on a per-year per-machine basis.

Supply of Sanitary Pads. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying and stocking sanitary pads in the vending machines installed in each of the 21 ladies' toilet blocks. The sanitary pads must be of high quality, sourced from reputable brands to ensure user comfort, hygiene, and health standards are met. The contractor must ensure that the machines are always adequately stocked, with regular checks and refilling carried out to avoid shortages. In the case of damaged or low-quality products, immediate replacement will be required to maintain uninterrupted service. The supply and stocking of sanitary pads must comply with health and safety regulations, and all work must be performed as per the instructions of the Engineer in Charge. The selection of sanitary pad to be supplied to VJTI shall be done by designated senior lady faculty/staff. The contractor shall provide all required sanitary pads and necessary manpower for the refilling and maintenance of the pads. The rate will be measured on per-year. The payment will be made for the actual number of pads supplied.

Providing, Installation, and Maintenance of Sanitary Pad Incinerator Machines. The contractor shall provide, install, and maintain high-quality sanitary pad incinerator machines across designated each ladies' toilet block. (No of toilet blocks to be installed with sanitary pad Incinerator machine: 21). The machines must be sourced from reputable and reliable brands, ensuring durability, efficient performance, and compliance with environmental safety standards. Each incinerator machine should be easy to use, eco-friendly, and capable of incinerating sanitary pads in a hygienic and Odour-free manner. Installation must be done in coordination with the Engineer in Charge, ensuring the machines are placed in suitable locations and meet all relevant health and safety regulations. In case of any malfunction or damage, the contractor shall immediately repair or replace the machine to ensure continuous operation. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, and manpower for installation, regular cleaning, and maintenance of the machines throughout the year. All work must adhere to the standards and guidelines provided by the Engineer in Charge. The rate for the service will be measured on per-year per-machine basis.
