Experience with government departments: - The bidder should have experience of similar work with government departments, with a minimum average turnover of 10% of the above turnover in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24. 4. Formulas for calculating the total final price per kg: - Total final price per kg (Rs) = Basic price per kg (Rs) + Taxes (Rs) + Transportation (Rs) + Other expenses (Rs) - Total rate of transportation per kg (Rs.) = Basic price per Kg + Government tax (central/state) / shortfall and other expenses The bid capacity required includes providing rates for the supply of materials and transportation costs, along with the calculations using the provided formulas.
