Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand), scaffolding, curing and supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement which is to applied with one coat of anti-corrosive paint including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

15 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty with float glass panes of thickness 5.5 mm all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools and plants, finishing etc. Complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) (Barrel type) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc including supply of all labours, tools and plants, finishing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking out existing wooden door/window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges and other accessories with screws etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete including supply of all labours, tools and plants, finishing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Extra for pre finished nosing in treads of steps of Kota stone/ sand stone slab including supply of all labours, tools and plants, finishing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position (as per 1868 / 1982) Alluminium sliding window of three tracks with rectangular pipe 95x38.10x0.90 millimetre at weight 0.637 kg/mtr.with window frame bottom track section 92x31.75x1.30 mm at weight 1.070kg./mtr.Top and side track section 92x31.75x1.30mm at weight 0.933kg/mtr. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40x18x1.25mm at weight 0.417kg/mtr. inter locking section 40x18x1.10mm at weight 0.469kg/mtr.and handle and top section 40x18x1.25 mm at weight 0.417kg/mtr. as per detailed drawing and as directed by Engineer incharge with all necessary Aluminium section fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted verticle section of shutter including 5 mm thick high performance single glaze unit (SUG)-glass aluminium mosquito net shutter with stainless steel jali with all required screws and nuts etc,complete. With colour anodising with box. including cost of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc; complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium door with powder coated aluminium sections of 63.5x38.10x2.50mm, 85x44.45x3mm. Glazing plate and snap beading etc including providing aluminium composite panel all required screws nut bolt fixtures such as aluminium sliding door bolt, door stoper etc including cost of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc complete as directed by engineer incharge.

Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture to aluminium shutters of door ,windows and ventilators including cost of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc; complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.(For window shutters Nylon Mesh)

Polishing with Touch wood/ French Polish of approved brand on previously polished wood & wood based surfaces to give an even surface after thoroughly brushing the surface with sand paper, scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales, cleaning, preparing the surface and filling the holes by with wood filler etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats on previously painted exterior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats on previously painted interior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper two coat,paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour over removed white washed / colour washed surfaces to give an even shade by thoroughly brushing the surface, scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust, preparation of surface having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing Interior wall with two coats with 1st quality with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour over removed white washed / colour washed surfaces to give an even shade by thoroughly brushing the surface, scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

station.Finishing External walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/Burger/Shalimar) over old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface after thoroughly brushing the surface with sand paper, scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales, cleaning, preparing the surface etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint on old work on wood/metal surfaces of approved brand (Asian/Burger/Shalimar) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade after sand paper/scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales, cleaning, preparing the surface etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Part -B Providing New pipe Line from AFR,TAPS to Tarapur Lighthouse Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing G.I. pipes in horizontal position in trench for pipes of 25mm dia, conforming of reputed & approved make, including trenching and refilling with hire & labour charges, all fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x45x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for water meter complete with C.I. double flap surface box 400x200x200 mm (inside) with locking arrangement and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 per standard design complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing enclosed type water meter (bulk type) conforming to IS :2373 and tested by Municipal Board complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. all fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
