Excavation Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m

Rubble Soling Work

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Note:- The stone cobble size primarily consists of 200mm pieces, complemented by a well-graded distribution of sizes ranging from 5 to 20 centimeters.

Moorum fill over Rubble Soling

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with Moorum

Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming compacting and watering to achieve required compaction, lead up to 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m

PCC Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 ement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) PCC

RCC Work

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, portland pozzolana / ordinary portland /portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per iS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. in case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Reinforcement Work

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

PCC Shuttering Work

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

RCC Shuttering Work

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 15043 having compressive strength Class R4 ≥45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ≥1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For patching of tie rod holes, prepared tie rod hole surface and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.070kg/sqm and while the surface is tacky repair and then filled the tie rod holes with crystalline mortar@0.040kg per hole. The crystalline mortar should be tightly rodded into tie rod holes or packed tightly (For 25x25x25 mm tie rod hole, use 0.040kg to fill the hole)

Precast Cover Slab Work

Providing and placing in position 75 mm thick in-Situ made machine mix Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 130mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Precast Cover Size-1.2*0.550*0.075)(Proportion of M25 is tentative -1:1.71:2.43).

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick in-Situ made machine mix Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 130mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Precast Cover Size-2.250*0.50*0.1)(Proportion of M25 is tentative -1:1.71:2.43).

Refixing Paver Block

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural Steel Work

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Aluminium Chequered Plate Work

Providing and Fixing Aluminium Chequered plate 5mm thick (14.250kg/sqm) with lift hook handle.
