The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one work of similar nature and complexity, with a cost of 30% (30% for work cost between 5 to 10 cr. & maximum of 30% or 5 cr for work cost more than 10 cr.) of similar type of work. The bidder should also have executed Construction of Earthwork & Concreting Work of Barrage/ Flood Protection Structure of minimum quantities in one year at once in last 5 (Five) financial years, including 1861.72 CM of concrete and 28.22 MT of steel. Specifically, the bidder should have completed a work with a minimum cost of 30% of the similar type of work, which translates to: - 30% of work cost between 5 to 10 cr. - Maximum of 30% or 5 cr for work cost more than 10 cr. The bidder should also have general experience as a prime contractor, with a minimum of: - 558.52 CM of concrete - 8.47 MT of steel in one year at once in last 5 (Five) financial years. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.131.40 Lakhs in any one year during the last five years. The bidder is required to provide details of quantities executed and amount of works (completed and ongoing) for the last five years, details of similar type of work, and certificate for the work completed / under progress. The bidder should have completed works of similar type and magnitude, with a certificate from the head of the office under whom the works were completed. The bidder needs to provide details of the works completed, including the total tendered cost of work, brief description of works, quantities of main items executed, and annual turnover. The bidder should also provide information on the period of completion, including the date of commencement, originally stipulated period of completion, scheduled date of completion, extended date of completion, and actual time taken for completion. The bidder should provide a certificate from the concerned authority regarding completion of work in time, and should also provide reasons for non-completion of work in stipulated time limit, if any. The bidder should also provide information on any penalties, fines, stop notices, compensation, or liquidated damages imposed, if any. Details of experience in monthly placement of important items and mobilising large value contracts with modern technology are required. Specifically, details of experience in mobilising large value contracts with modern technology on the deployment of latest heavy construction equipment are needed.
