To fabricate and supply mud pumps suction and dicharge line air bottles as per fitted size. Suction air bottiles = 2 nos. Dicharge air bottles =2 nos. Note: All required spares to be provided by vendor.

LP Mud system suction pipelines of mud tank # 1, 2 & 3, to be removed, cleaned, chemical pickling then pressure test to be carried out up to 25 bar, secured up with proper supports and clamps. Size- 6’’NB X total length approx.40 meters, 80 Sch MS Galvanized Pipes. T joint approximately 10 nos and 20 nos. bends. 30 nos U clamps .

To renew mud tank No- 2 & 3 sea water flushing jet line with operating system. Siz:- Size -2 1/2 ” NB x 15 meters Approx. 80Sch

Scope5 G25005 MUD TRANSFER PUMP, Make: Unitec France, Type Centrifugal pump, cap 1500 lpm at max pressure 3 bar

Mud transfer pump & mud mixing manifolds butter fly valves are leaking, to be serviced and fitted back with new joiints etc. (vendor supply). 1) Size -4” x150 DIN-15nos. 2) Size -6”X 150 DIN -8nos. 3) Size - 6''X 150 DIN - 7nos. Mud transfer and mud circulation pump’s discharge pipelines to be removed, cleaned, chemical pickling then carried the pressure test up to 50bar, then secured up with proper supports and clamps. Size -4” NB x30 meters Approx. 80Sch. MS Galvanized Pipe. T joint approximately 8nos and 10 nos. bends.30 nos. U clamps. Use same flanges.

Scope6 G25007 Heave Motion Compensator (HCTU) Make –HYDRADYNE Drawing no –136.182 EPL HMC unit has mounted on derrick at height of 28mts approx from drill floor. Scaffolding stage at height approx. 28mts and shore crane will be required to carry out below mentioned jobs. Scaffolding and crane shall be arranged by yard.

HMC unit remove and refit work scope. Remove A-frame located above the water table (water table located at height of 28m from drill floor) - First erect staging to remove A-frame top part after that remove both pats of A-Frame. Remove sheave head assembly from the top of HMC plunger cylinder. And then remove HMC Plunger cylinder from the derrick and shifted to shore workshop. Complete set has to be fitted back after servicing/repair of HMC unit. Note: All required tools to be arranged by vendor. Spare seals - vendor supply. Scaffolding and crane shall be arranged by yard.

Test pressure - 280 bar. Maximum static load 160 tons (retracted plunger). Plunger Ni + Cr plated 100 + 50 microns. Cylinder design for use with water glycol. Including 2 check valves "Rexroth" NW20 Model 301928. Including 2 relief valves "Rexroth" DBDS20K10/315J. Set for 230 bar cushioning pressure. Including 2 measurement connectors "Voss" Model 685439. Built under IRS / DNV class supervision and issue certificate. Work scope:Dismantled plunger cylinder assembly.Fabricate/procure complete unit as per sample. Markel make Seal kit to be used (Submit OEM seal certificate and procurement detailed document to the vessel). To be procure and replace all fasteners (branded like Unbreako) with washers. Procure and replace both the check valve and relief valves. After completion of fabrication and assembly hydro test to be carried-out at 280 bars in presence of ship staff. Before on-board fitment complete unit to be painted with double coat of epoxy white paint (on double coat of epoxy primer on sand blasted ground surface). Submit warranty certificate to the vessel for minimum 3 years for workmanship. Conduct stage inspection with ship staff during fabrication. Note: Required Safe oil for hydro testing to be arranged by vendor. Job will be rejected if observed any ovality at barrel ID after honing pin hole/scoring marks/ovality on plunger OD and leakages during hydro test. Note: All required spares to be provided by vendor.

Plunger accumulator “Hydraudyne” Specification as follows: Make - “Hydraudyne” Drawing no—136.184 EPL. Bore Dia. -- 320mm Stroke – 2740mm Working Pressure – 200 bar. And Test pressure 280bars capacity –220 L. Remove Plunger accumulator assembly from derrick and shifted to shore workshop. Work Scope: 1) Dismantled and service . Procure and replace seal kit (Use Merkel or Hunger make seals only). 2) To service damaged parts if any (if found heavy scoring marks on barrel ID then go for honning/platting) 3) After servicing hydro testing to be carried out in presence of ship staff. 4) Plunger accumulator outer body to be painted with epoxy white paint (after double coate of epoxy primer). (Note: Submit warranty certificate for period of one year. calibration report to submit. All required spares to be provided by vendor). Scaffolding and crane shall be arranged by yard.

HMC sheave head assemble ‘s 2nos curved sheave including 3nos auxiliary sheaves to be Serviced and worn parts to be renewed. Curved Sheaves shaft Dia.- 130mm.Wire size 36mm, Bearing no SL-045026PP-2nos Double roller Bearing. Drawing no- 407.548 EPL Auxiliary sheaves Dia—606 mm wire size 26mm –2nos, wire size 12mm- 1no. Note: All required material to be provided by vendor.

Scope7 G25008 Twin Guide Line Tensioning Unit (TGLT) Make –HYDRADYNE Drawing no –136.181 EPL. The unit is mounted on drill floor at height of 10mts approx. Following jobs to be carried out as per specification.

Size: - Bore Dia. – 280mm piston stroke – 2200mm capacity –135liters design pressure –200bar working pressure –200bar test pressure –280bar. Work Scope: 1) Remove accumulator from the system (Unit mounted on drill floor at height of 5mts) 2) Dismantled the unit and procure and replace the piston seals (make Merkal/Hunger). 3) Barrel ID to be honed as required. 4) Assembled the unit and hydro test to be carried out at 280 bars in presence of ship staff. Note: Submit warranty certificate for period of one year. All required spares to be provided by vendor Scaffolding stage required at height approx. 5mts and shore crane assistance required to carry out above the jobs.). Scaffolding and crane shall be arranged by yard.

Note: Crane required for removing and fitting back the TGLT unit and Transportation required to workshop for repairing and bringing back toVessel after repairing. Scope8 G25009 Crown block

Crown block sheave to be serviced and renewed the worn out parts, like bearings, bushes, shaft etc. Size of sheave – Dia approx. –772mm. Wire size –26mm. After servicing, same to be fitted back to the place and load test to be carried out up to 60 tons. (Note: Required shore crane for Approx height 30m, All required spares to be provided by vendor) Scaffolding and crane shall be arranged by yard.
