The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works of similar nature in any Govt. Organizations / Govt. Undertaking Agencies during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - One similar completed work of costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 3,07,06,190.40. - Alternatively, two similar completed works of each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 1,91,91,369.00. - Alternatively, three similar completed works of each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 1,53,53,095.20. The bidder should provide a list of works executed in the last seven years along with work completion certificates and a list of works in hand, including details such as Name of Work, Contract Value, Executed Value of Work, Date of Start, Stipulated Date of Completion, Actual Date of Completion, Present Status of Work, and Authority/Department. In case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt./ Govt. undertaking agencies, 50% valuation will be considered. The value of works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
