External Surface Water Drain Constructing inspection chamber / manhole 1900X1060x1400 mm clear size as per IS: 4111 -1986, in 230 mm thick brick masonry with cement mortar (1:5) with 150 mm thick 1:3:6 P.C.C. bedding, necessary benching in concrete (M-15) and 20 mm thick smooth cement plaster (1:4) from inside, C.I. steps as necessary and rough cement plaster 20 mm thick in c.m. 1:4 outside, with Full size (600x600 mm) C.I. manhole cover and frame (Approved Make) including all excavation in all soil types, refilling sides in layers with selected earth ramming and consolidating, removing away surplus soil or dumping it on site or as directed directed by Engineer Incharge. or directed by Engineer Incharge.

Vitrified Tile for Staircase Dado Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes and of approved make, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, as approved by Engineer- in- charge, in dado, skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Granite For Porch Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.87.1 With granite stone of colour black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm. or directed by Engineer Incharge.

Road Work Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. or directed by Engineer Incharge.
