ERECTION OF PRODUCT SPLITTER COLUMN (TAG No.101-CC-5001) SECTIONS: Erection of Product Splitter Column sections (4 Nos.) in dressed-up condition as per job specification, assembly of parts, subassemblies, erection at all elevations, aligning, verticality checking, grouting, tightening of foundation bolts, welding of washer on anchor chairs, holding the section till completion of Welding & PWHT including Site Welds Box Hydrotest, installation of pipe davit, cleaning and flushing by water, draining, drying by compressed air, arranging all tools, tackles, machinery, consumables, erection equipment, instruments, labour, ancillary, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per MDS, drawings, equipment detail, job specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Refer MDS for weight of each dressed up sections to be erected.

Providing the following personel to BandR with required experience and qualification for the purpose of BandR's work on monthly basis. Note: 1. Contractor shall pay the wages, ESI and EPF to the personel mentioned below. 2. Contractor shall be capable to pay the wages as per tender document timely before 10th of every month from his own resources. 3. The contractor shall be liable for any issues arising in relation to EPF, ESI and shall deal with it taking responsibility of the related procedures. 4. The Contractor has to submit the CV/Resume/Bio-data of the peronel to be deployed for BandR's works and shall deploy the personel only after approval of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. In case, the person employed by the contractor commits any act of omission/commission that amounts to misconduct/indiscipline/ incompetence, the contractor shall be liable to take appropriate disciplinary action against such persons, including their removal from the site of work. 6. The Contractor shall replace immediately any of its personnel found unacceptable to this office because of security risks, incompetence, conflict of interest, improper conduct etc. upon receiving a notice

INSTALLATION OF FREE ISSUE EQUIPMENT: Handling and transportation of Equipment from Owner's storage point to work site/contractor's stores. Assembly of subassemblies, placing the equipment on foundations/structures, levelling, aligning, fixing of foundation bolts, providing (including supply) packing/shim plates, chipping and dressing of foundations, grouting (inclduing supply and applications of grout material), cleaning and flushing of equipment with water, draining and drying with compressed air, erection of inter- connecting piping including some amount of cutting and welding, wherever required. Purging the line with air/gas, installation of insulation in all respects wherever applicable on equipments and piping as per Vendor drawings, application of touch-up paint (if required) after erection and assembly at site, providing manpower for carrying out pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing under the supervision guidance of Manufacturer's/Owner's personnel and rectifying defects, if any and completing the work in all respects as per drawing(s), specifications, scope of work and instructions of engineer in charge for each equipment including drives and accessories listed below :

ERECTION OF DRESSED-UP EQUIPMENT: Transportation of columns and vessels from owner's storage point to work site, dressing up of the column/vessel by contractor , assembly of parts, subassemblies, erection at all elevations, aligning, verticality checking, grouting, tightening of foundation bolts, welding of washer on anchor chairs, arranging all tools, tackles, machinery, consumables, erection of completely dressed-up equipment, & arranging all instruments, labour, ancillary, etc to complete the work in all respects as per drawings, equipment detail, specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Dressing up of column(As applicable as per the requirement of the tender): Supply/Application/installation of insulation, installation of ladders and platforms, installation of piping spool and support (wherever applicable), installation of demister, internal gratings, distributor, pipe davit etc on the Column/Vessel, cleaning and flushing by water, draining, drying by compressed air etc to complete the job in all respects as per the requirements of the specifications & standards attached else where in the tender.

Chemical Dosing Packages

Transportation of all Static equipment, Rotating equipment, Mechanical Items, etc. from Site/Store (with 2-3 km radius with Plant area) as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Suitable packing shall be included in quoted rates.

ERECTION OF COLD BOX EQUIPMENT

Transportation of the Ejectors from Owner's storage points to work site and Erection on structure support by bolting, shims etc. including levelling, aligning including connecting nozzles with piping at various elevations and completing the work in all respects as per drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

ERECTION OF COLD BOX EQUIPMENT TAG No. 101-LZ-2004: Transportation of Cold box including structural components, Piping, Piping spools, Emergency vents, Breather Valves, Perlite slide valve assembly, Roof/Pipe Davit, railings, Chico Fiber & Cement etc. from owner's storage point to work site, assembly of parts, subassemblies, erection at all elevations, aligning, verticality checking, grouting, tightening of foundation bolts, welding of washer on anchor chairs, arranging hooks for accessories in Equipment, installation of parts including internals gratings, railings, emergency vents, breather valves, slide valve assembly, distributor, roof/pipe davit, cleaning, flushing, draining, drying as per Cold box supplier instruction, application of Chico Fiber & Cement as per instruction of Cold Box supplier, arranging all tools, tackles, machinery, consumables, transportation equipment, erection equipment including Piping spool erection (wherever applicable), including welding, supporting, testing instruments, skilled & unskilled labour, ancillary, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per drawings, equipment detail, specifications and instructions of the Cold-box supplier or Engineer-in- Charge. Contractor to refer attached Vendor Drawings, Instruction Manuals for further details.

Handling and transportation of Rotating Equipment & miscellaneous items of equipment package from Owner's storage points to work site / contractor's stores, assembly of sub-assemblies, field assembly (as applicable) placing the equipment on foundations, (including some amount of cutting, welding & field joints wherever required), levelling, aligning, fixation of foundation bolts, providing (including supply) packing / shim plates (as applicable), including chipping & dressing of foundations, grouting (including supply and application of grout material, equipment base frame filling as per vendor recommendation with specified grout), cleaning and flushing, draining and drying, purging of lines, and providing manpower and tools / equipment for NDT, testing, carrying out trial and start-up runs and testing under supervision of manufacture's / customer personnel, rectifying defects (if any), insulation (as applicable), precommissioning and commissioning (as applicable) and completing the work in all respects as per drawings, job specifications / scope of work and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for each equipment including drivers and accessories, as listed below. NOTE: Scope also includes erection, fabrication, insulation (as applicable), welding & field joints wherever required, installation & NDT of vendor supplied prefabricated spools / commercial length between various skids of an equipment package (payable at the rate provided against piping SOR items).

EQUIPMENT ERECTION: Transportation of reactors, columns, vessels, silencers, heat exchangers (shell and tube, plate fin, plate) and electric heater etc. from owner's storage point to work site, assembly of parts, subassemblies, erection at all elevations, aligning, verticality checking, grouting, tightening of foundation bolts, welding of washer on anchor chairs, erection of wooden pillow for cold equipments, stacking of multi-tier exchanger(which are stored in unstacked condition), arranging hooks for test ring/ test flanges in heat exchangers, installation of demister, internal gratings, distributor, pipe davit, installation of mixer/agitator, cleaning and flushing by water, draining, drying by compressed air, arranging all tools, tackles, machinery, consumables, transportation equipment, erection equipment, instruments, labour, ancillary, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per drawings, equipment detail, specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

NON-SHRINK GROUT : Supply and laying non-shrinking cementitious grout with a minimum crushing strength of 40 N/mm2 under all static and rotating equipments, etc. including cleaning of surfaces, form-works, chamfering of edges, smoothing of exposed surfaces, providing all tools and labour necessary to complete the work as per drawings / specifications and as directed by Owner / EIC. The non shrink grout shall be laid as per approved vendor's specification.

DRESSING UP OF PRODUCT SPLITTER COLUMN (TAG No. 101-CC-5001) SECTIONS: installation of ladders and platforms, installation of piping spool and support (wherever applicable) to complete the job in all respects as per the requirements of the job specifications & standards attached elsewhere in the tender.
