Dismantling & removal of existing 200 KVA DG set Mahindra make model no 6.12TCE at ARAI Kothrud & shifting it outside 200 KVA Generator area - The scope of work includes complete dismantling of 200 KVA DG set with associated hardwares accessories , piping from DG set to fuel tank , Exhuast piping from DG set to Chimney stack located near A building. The scope also includes removal of power & control cables from DG set to existing DG AMF panel located near 200 KVA DG set. Please note - i) Bidder to buyback DG set with all hardwares and accesories & acoustic enclosure, ii) Remaining items viz piping from DG set to fuel tank if any ,exhaust piping from silencer to Vertical stack , cables from existing DG set to DG panel need to be shifted to ARAI identified area. Design Supply testing comissioning of latest CPCB IV+ approved 200 KVA , SILENT Diesel Generating Set PRIME RATED as per ISO 8528 with CPCB IV+ approved acoustic enclosure comprising of : Radiator Cooled, Diesel engine developing rated HP at 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories. coupled to Alternator rated at 160 KW / 200 KVA at 415 Volts 3P+N 50 Hz, mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete and Batteries. • With Fuel Tank as per OEM recommened capacity located inside canopy. • DG set standard controller & floor mounted AMF Panel inside DG acoustic with floor mounted outdoor type changeover panel outside acoustic enclosure. • Standard Alternator with Class H to temp rise. • Standard silencer, piping , hardwares , accesories ,spares , first fill of oil etc. to make it fully functional. • Scope also includes exhuast piping with insulation from 200 KVA DG silencer to existing vertical stack with all necessary hardwares and accesories ( Distance is tentatively 6 mtrs). • Scope also includes extension of existing vertical exhaust stack & pipe by 5 mtrs above existing level with insulation , supports , hardware , accesories complete.
