Texture paint: Providing and applying Texture paint of approved make (Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux or approved make) and manufacture specification at any height matching to existing shade, texture & colour as per manufacturers specifications in desired coats including necessary surface preparation, primer coat etc complete. Scope includes scaffolding or suitable arrangement mentioned in point no.1, necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts etc. complete. Mode of measurement: Surface area of work in Sqm as per CPWD guideline.

Lustre paint: Providing and applying Lustre paint of approved brand (Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux or approved make) and manufacture specification to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work & old work, including all necessary surface preparation like scrubbing of old paint, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering one coat of repaint putty, one coat of primer and two or more coats of paints as per manufacturers specifications at any height and any location cleaning etc. complete. Scope includes scaffolding or suitable arrangement mentioned in point no.1; masking, cleaning, necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts etc. complete. Colour, texture, finish as directed by engineer in charge. Mode of measurement on actual surface area basis.

Providing & applying Birla putty: providing & applying Birla or Asian make one or more coat Putty on plastered surface of suitable thickness at any height as per manufacturer specifications so as to provide smooth surface to received desired paint. Scope includes new work, old work, including all necessary surface preparation such as scrubbing of old paint, putty, dust, thoroughly cleaning of oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering etc, Scope also includes necessary scaffolding or Spider with safety lifeline other measures mentioned in point no.1 Scope includes necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts etc. complete. Mode of measurement on actual surface area basis.

POP/Gypsum Plaster : Providing & applying POP/Gypsum plaster 15-20mm thk on brick wall, plastered surface at any height as per manufacturers specification & standard work process including H Frame/cup lock scaffolding or suitable arrangement etc. complete. including finishing joints and corners rounded off, Height of work up to 10 meters. Make - Vinayak, India Gypsum, Saint gobain. Measurement will be given actual surface area basis. No wastage will be paid separately. Scope includes necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts etc. complete.

Melamine Door polish : Providing & applying melamine polish pigment -colour, texture, finish matching to as existing melamine polish including masking, cleaning , all necessary tools & tackles, machinery , all consumables etc complete. Along with cleaning. For Wooden Door Frame. Shutter lipping, Wooden Handrail and any misc. work Mode of measurement- on actual running meter no extra for curve, design etc.

Exterior Paint: Providing and applying Premium Acrylic (100% Acrylic) Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade using Asian, Nerolac, Berger, Dulux or approved paint, including base preparation by cleaning with Jet wash, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning/ washing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering, wire brushing, priming etc. as per standard specifications of CPWD. Two or more coats as per manufacturers specification & consumption at any height and any location, including masking, cleaning etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. Scope also includes filling of cracks with crack seal and external grade putty for levelling the surface wherever required, necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts etc. complete. Colour in pattern or single colour as per EIC. While working at height contractor can use Spider with safety lifeline or scaffolding/cup lock/ ladders wherever required or other suitable safe system as per requirement and as approved/ directed by client's safety dept. Use of advance machinery such as JLG, cherry picker, Crane with bucket etc. at no extra cost will be appreciated but not compulsory. Contractor has to provide all necessary PPE`s to highly skilled labours to execute the work. Contractor should depute the labours who have work experience of Woking on height & has no vertigo issue. Working on Zula & bamboo scaffold is strictly prohibited. Max height above ground is up to 18 meters. Mode of measurement: Surface area of work in Sqm as per CPWD guideline. All external surfaces wall, ceiling sofits, chajjas, offsets, elevational treatment, rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings and other misc. work etc. Note: Applicator to provide minimum 5 years of paint performance warranty

Synthetic Enamel paint (MS Structural Member): Providing and applying premium quality SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT, two or more Coats over 1 Coat of yellow metal zinc chromate PRIMER of approved make (Nerolac, Asian, Dulux, Berger or approved) on new or old surface as per manufacturers specification. Colour and shade as per EIC. MS structural members, Fabricated members includes MS railing, MS structure of any type, any size, shape, thickness located at any level. Scope includes surface preparation -scrapping for surface, removing of scales, rust, dust etc. above which one coat of yellow zinc chromate primer. Scope also includes necessary scaffolding or Spider with lifeline or other measures mentioned in point no.1; necessary tools & tackles, all leads & lifts, wastages Mode of measurement: on actual area length x height (perimeter) of individual section in Sqm. (in case Trusses & railing & Grill one side measurement length x height)

Epoxy paint: Providing & applying minimum 2 coats of Epoxy Paint of approved brand on old/new surface over suitable primer as per manufacturers specification, guidelines. Scope includes making the surface even and smooth with surface preparation , scrapping the existing old paint, rust etc. Scope also includes scaffolding or any suitable arrangement; masking, cleaning, wastage, tools & tackles, leads & lifts work etc complete. Approved make- Asian, Nerolac, Berger, Dulux. Mode of measurement- on actual surface area.

Cement paint compound wall: Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade using Asian or equivalent make, including base preparation by cleaning, priming etc. as per standard specifications of CPWD, including watering, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.

Aluminium paint to Metal Structure & Fencing: Providing and applying two or more coats of aluminium paint as per manufacturers specification to Metal Structure, Chain-link Fencing or any other misc. structures etc. scope includes removing dust, removing stains , scales and applying suitable primer above which two or more coats of paint upto satisfaction of ECI complete. Scope also includes necessary safe arrangement for working at height . Approved make : Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux. Mode of measurement: on actual area length x height (perimeter) of individual section in Sqm. (in case Chain-link fencing including support Metal frame and column, railing & Grill one side measurement length x height)

Aluminium paint to Light Pole including arm: Providing and applying two or more coats of aluminium paint as per manufacturers specification to Electrical Street light, and providing numbering systems to each electrical poles by lettering of numbers etc. scope includes removing dust, removing stains , scales and applying suitable primer above which two or more coats of paint upto satisfaction of ECI complete. Scope also includes necessary safe arrangement for working at height . Approved make : Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux. Measurement on number of poles painted.

Epoxy paint for fountain & water body (Concrete & plastered surface): Providing & applying minimum 2 coats of Epoxy Paint of approved brand on old/new surface over suitable primer as per manufacturers specification, guidelines. Scope includes making the surface even and smooth with surface preparation , scrapping the existing old paint etc. Scope also includes scaffolding or any suitable arrangement; masking, cleaning, wastage, tools & tackles, leads & lifts work etc complete. Approved make- Asian, Nerolac, Berger, Dulux. Mode of measuremet- on surface area.

Spray Plaster: Providing & applying of spray plaster of approved make quality , shade on old/ new surface & making surface even & smooth , scope includes scrapping of existing surface to received spray plaster coat of thickness as per manufacturer specification. Scope includes necessary scaffolding, tools & tackles etc complete

Supply of Skilled Labour : Supplying, supervising departmental workers as per requirement on man-days basis including cost of tools, tackles, etc.

Supply of Unskilled Labour: Supplying, supervising departmental workers as per requirement on man-days basis including cost of tools, tackles, etc.
