Erection of CLS Post with Surface base and signal unit on top or on OFF set Bracket, fixing of front and back staging, ladder and guards, signal name plates and A/AG/C/P/G marker board 28 , protective screen, blanking of ladder (0.6mm MS sheet) if any with contractors own brackets and fixing materials. This also includes erection of auxiliary signals like calling on, shunt signal if any. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site. Wooden white cross- arms (1000x100 mm) to be provided by the contractor till the signals are commissioned with contractor's own material.

Supply of Cable route locator/tracer set suitable for Detecting underground armoured 11 optic fiber cable (OFC) and signalling cables with LCD Graphic. Display active/passive modes and depth range. 3m to 10m. Make- RD8200G or Rycom Pathfinder ST LOC10 GPS equivalent. INSPECTION BY RITES.

Cutting of all types of Roads prepratory to trenching & excavation to depth of 1 Mtr X 300 mm wide approximately and refilling, after laying of RCC/GI/DWC pipe and to restore the road to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice

Supply of Main Signal Post 140 mm outer dia 4.5 Mtr Length as per spec Nos IRS S 6/81 with latest amendments. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE

Installation of maintenance free Single Earth Pit which includes the following:- a) Excavation/ Auguring/ Boring of single earth pit of 100 mm to 125 mm dia to the depth of approx. 2.8 meter. b) Insertion of 3.0 meter electrode and penetrating it at least 0.2 meter by pushing gently with sledge hammer where the natural soil is assumed. c) Filling of earth pit with Earth Enhancement Compound (EEC) in slurry form and backfilling. d) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on single earth electrode to a copper tape of 150x25x6mm. e) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on the 26 copper tape of 150x25x6mm on Earth Electrode for connecting two 35 sq mm cables for redundancy. f) The exothermic welding material for bonding the earth system shall be procured from RDSO approved firms, which includes graphite moulds, clamps, weld metal powders. g) Digging a trench to a depth of at least 0.5 m and run the 02 (two) 35 sq mm earth conductor (procured against supply item) from Earth pit to MEEB. h) Routing and termination of 02 (two) 35 sq mm 300x25x6 mm MEEB, which is to be fixed inside the equipment room with 02 (two) insulation studs, with stainless steel Nuts & Bolts. i) 300 X 300 X 300 mm (inside dimension) concrete Earth pit with a concrete lid, approx 50 mm thick with pulling hooks, shall be provided to cover the pit. Back side of the cover will be painted in black and date of the testing and average resistance value shall be written in white paint.

Circuit wiring/ Jumpering as perdiagram in the relay rack/IDFrack/tag block. This 01 includepreparation of jumper sheet dulychecked by firm's site supervisor& wire to wire testing as perwiring diagram. Any wrong jumper done by wire man will be consider & payment for wrongjumper will not be done by the railway. Jumper wire & other material will be supplied by contractor. Termination of tail cable on main & auxiliary signal units and wiring with contractor 29 own material, fixing of LED signal units etc. Flexible Single core copper wire 2.5 sq.mm (50/0.25) conforming to IS-694:1990 (as per aspect colour) and lugs etc. will be supplied by the contractor. This includes insertion of tail cables from ground to signal unit. The work shall be done as per instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Supply of Digital Axle Counter Single section type to cater for 4 detection points. monitoring 3 track sections Suitable for working with straight and continuous track section on straight line and suitable for IBS application. This item shall include Supply of final track clearance relay as 01 well as reset relays for each section with accessories like detection points track side electronics. deflector plates housing for track side electronics etc. This should include supply of LV boxes and Reset Boxes at the adjacent stations as per requirement of IBS stem. The Axle counter system should be as per RDSO specifications no. RDSO/SPN/177/2012 ver 3.0 with latest amendment and latest version for Digital Axle counters & Manufacture's Specification and approved by RDSO/cross approved by RDSO.INSPECTION BY RDSO

Dismantling and releasing of Colour light signal, Location Box. Which includes 23 dismantling of signal fittings complete & location box fitting complete. All dismantelled materials to be transported and stacked in the store of SSE/Sig/M/JBP or any other store of JBP Div as per consignee.

Supply of basic material to construct Unit Maintenance Free Earth consisting as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/ SPN/ 197/2008 (or with latest Amend) consisting of : a) Copper bonded steel 14 electrodes of 3.0 m long, 17.2 mm dia with copper bonding thickness of min 250 micron and UL listed and marked - 1 No. b) Earth Enhancement compound of approved brand supplied in sealed bags of min 10 Kgs - 3 Nos. c) Copper Strip of 150 x 25 x 6mm to terminate Earth Rod - 2 No. d) Copper Strip of 300 x 25 x 6mm (MEEB) - 1 No. Procurement should be done by RDSO approved source. Erection of apparatus cases.This includes filling of location foundation with river bed sand and plastering on top of the sand. Single case

Excavation, casting and plastering (above ground level) of main signal foundation as 27 per Drg.No.WCR/S&T/SIG/01 with contractor's own materials including cement and galvanised anchor bolts of standard size. The hole for cable entry should be kept as per site requirement and instruction of Rly engineer at site. The required scaffolding Ferma etc. for casting of foundation will have to be brought by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply of Non-deteriorating type low voltage cartridge fuse rate current 2 Amp / 4 Amp in equal proportion round head type as per specification Nos. IRS/S/78/92 with latest amendment. INSPECTION BY RDSO

Installation & fixing of earth electrode assembly including earth wire connected 22 through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40mm to earth electrode for signaling Equipment. Contractor will bring Earth enclosure and all other material required for provision of earthing.

Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in hard soil / murrum, This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by bricks.

Supply of Apparatus cases with miniature E Type Locks with keys. (E Type Locks & 07 keys as per spec. No IRS: S-30/64 & RDSO Drg. No. SA 3376/M & SA 3377/M with latest amendments). Single case as per drawing no. WCR/DY.CSTE(Con)/KOTA/3 with latest alteration. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE

Painting two coats of enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer on the following items after scrapping and cleaning of the surface wherever necessary. Primer and Paints both Asian 30 paints / Berger / Shalimar are to be supplied by Contractor. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site and extant practice on W.C Rly on location boxes, signal posts, TLJB. This includes lettering/Numbering of signals, point machine, TLJB, Block joints, apparatus cases also Termination particulars, equipment names etc. legibly and neatly inside location boxes etc.Appratus case Half size

Supply of Earth Elactrode assembly as per drawing no. S&T/CON/KOTA/Earthing/01 INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE

Excavation of cable trench 1m deep and 300mm wide across the track, for track crossing and refilling after laying of DWC/RCC/GI pipes. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C. Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Fixing of ARA /WAGO Terminals and fuse blocks with provision of holes on hylem sheets and fixing by galvanised nuts & bolts.This includes provision of two additional holes on the hylam board on either side for cable conductor entry. The work shall be done as per Engg. at site.

Installation of Eqpt. (Relays, resistance, chargers & batteries etc.) & wiring of the same in apparatus cases as per location & circuit diagrams with contractor's own PVC wires and wiring 19 material. The work shall be done as per instruction of Rly engineer at site and approval of wiring material ( from RDSO approved firms) being used and extant practice in W.C. Rly). Wiring of relays should be with 16/0.2mm wire and all other equipments wiring by 2.5 sq mm multi strand wire of IS 394 of 1990 or latest. Single case

Supply of Cast Iron Main signal surface base 140mm as per spec Nos IRS S 10 and Drg 18 Nos 2011/M with latest amendments, with CLS Ladder assembly complete for CLS signal 5.5 50 Mtrs long as per RDSO Drg. Nos. SA- 23156. & signal front staging complete assembly. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE 19

Laying of signalling/Power/Telecom cable of various cores/sizes in trenches. as per 13 approved cable route plan in the excavated trench, inside GI, DWC Pipes etc. taking due care while transporting and sealing both the ends after laying. The cables are to be laid as per extent practice of WCR and as per the instructions of engineer at site. This includes transportation of cable from the consignee depot to site or as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Supply of Analog-Digital insulation and continuity tester as per technical specifications attached INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Preparation of Cable way 150 mm wide at the bottom and 300 mm deep in rocky area & refilling the same (after cable-laying) with concrete mixture of proportion 1:3:6 and grouting the ends at either side of the rocky portion using concrete mixture with Contractors own material.

Termination of cable cores on ARA/ disconnecting type terminal, fuse blocks, 8 way 05 terminals block in the apparatus cases/point machine. This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from underground, dressing of cable, making wiring tree etc. This includes soldering of armour tree/ring of cables and connecting to copper plate through GI wire bus bar in location boxes. The work shall be done as per location plans and instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Supply & laying of well burnt bricks of size 225x100x75mm inside the trench (with the brick length being perpendicular to cable route) after laying of cable in station area from Outermost to Outermost signal or at any other location as per instruction of Engineer at site.

Transportation & Laying of GI/DWC/RCC pipes along with collars in trenches at places wherever required as per the instruction of the engineer at site.

Soldering of tag block, fixing and wiring of G type fuse, bus bar wiring per tag block as per approved plan, extant practice of WCR & as per instruction of site engineer (Solder wire, resin core, etc. material will be supplied by contractor) Unit- Tag block

Fabrication and fixing of phenolic board in location box by providing all fixtures as per 18 Railway Drawing including fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for cable support with contractor's own materials. Lasing and dressing of cables/wires terminated with contractors own supply of lasing thread. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site. Single case

All work pertaining to Horizontal Dirctional Drilling (HDD)/Boring and trenchless cabling in normal soil by machine . It includes supply. transportation and insertion of self lubricated HDPE 06 Pipe and laying of cables in boring under the track road plateform circulating area using By using self lubricated HDPE Pipe of 120mm outer dia and 103.5mm inner dia in the bore . The depth of horizontal boring should be minimum 3 mtr, from rail flange road level lground level as per site requirement and as per instructions of Railway Engineer incharge. Supply of Phenolic Laminated sheet, resin bonded 10mm thick, grade P3 in standard size of 1.22 x 1.22 Mtr as per spec. No IS 2036 of 1974 . INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE

Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in normal soil, This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by shahabad stone/bricks, clearing of route, 07 bushes etc and refilling of the trench by excavated soil and ramming after laying of the required quantity of cables as per instructions of Engineer at site. If it is not possible to reach the required depth at any location, then the contractor shall obtain prior approval of Engineer-in-charge before commencement of cable laying process and only then shall the proportionate payment be made to the contractor.
