The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. - The bidder should have executed a project for supply and installation/commissioning of same or similar category products during the preceding 3 financial years. The criteria are: - Single order of at least 35% of estimated bid value - Two orders of at least 20% each of estimated bid value - Three orders of at least 15% each of estimated bid value - 1 Year 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The bidder should have a satisfactory performance certificate issued by the respective buyer organization for the above orders. The past performance weightage is 50%. - 50% The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for past performance - 35% of estimated bid value - 20% of estimated bid value - 15% of estimated bid value The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR 2. ISO 9001 certification 3. H.265 HEVC certificate (for CCTV OEM) 4. Extended Producer Responsibility License/Authorization No. from Central Pollution Control Board for Electrical & Electronic Equipment E-Waste (for CCTV OEM) 5. Affiliation as an Industry Training Partner of an appropriate active and approved training council of NSDC in the field of electronic security/CCTV/Video Surveillance or similar (for CCTV OEM) 6. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance (for CCTV OEM) 7. UL certificate for all cameras and recorders
