Cleaning of water body(Cemented Tanks) in RRCAT campus by dewatering,cleaning of settled scum,unwanted material,biological material etc.by scrapping using suitable brush ,cleaning floor/inner and outer walls around and fountains unit installed including water filter using detergent ,drying and mopping by cloth, making it clean,suitable for filling of fresh water as per specifications and as directed by the Head,Horticulture Section.

Dressing of ground by scraping,spreading and levelling by removing all vegetations,unwanted material and stacking the same upto 50 Mt.so as to give neat and clean appearance at the site complete as per specifications and as directed by the Head,Horticulture Section.

Pesticide treatment of roadside tree trunk(Measuring Girth upto 30cm) upto a height of 1meter from ground level with pesticide emulsion,lime& Geru etc.(excluding the cost of material )by using brush,hession cloth, drum/containers etc to give an even look including washing,cleaning of tree trunk before painting 3 coats as mentioned in the specifications & complete as directed by Head,Horticulture Section. (Note:1. Pesticide,lime,geru to be provided by Deptt.free of cost.)

Cutting of wild vegetations,bushes,Grass etc.from ground level using Reepers /Brush cutter with operator and/ or labour,stacking for disposal upto 50 Mt.within RRCAT campus complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Important Note:(1)The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration as per relevant laws. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made.(2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank.

Transportation of soil/murrum by truck/trolley at all leads within RRCAT campus including the cost of excavation,loading,unloading at site and complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Head,Horticulture Section.(Soil/Murrum measured will be reduced by 20% for payments.)

Pesticide,lime,geru to be provided by Deptt.free of cost.)

Hire charges for transportation of wild vegetations/bushes,Garden material,uprooted tree trunks,wood logs etc.by truck/trolley(raised with wooden planks)to be cover by Agro shed net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet including the cost of loading/unloading/stacking etc.by deploying sufficient labour for handling of above at all leads within RRCAT campus including its heaps consolidation work complete as per specifications and as directed by the Head,Horticulture Section.(Note:Body measurement shall not be less than 5.00 Cum by volume.)

Removal of aquatic weeds inluding all plastic wastes,Flowers,Garlands and any other all floating waste material etc. from waterbodies(Lake) by cutting/pulling out/removing by deploying skilled labour with tools and tackels to give neat and clean appearance to surface of water in lake,transporting the same by using boat/manually to the lake bank at predetermined location and loading,unloading,transportation and stacking within RRCAT for disposal by truck/trolley to be cover by Agro shed net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet including its heaps consolidation work complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.(Note:1.Fibre Boat/Rowing Rods to be provided by department free of cost.2.Safety Equipments to be provided by the contractor)

Hire charges for deploying JCB with operator and helper for works pertaining to uprooting to trees/wild vegetations,relocating/shifting of trees/dry wood,levelling of areas,trenching in soils etc.within RRCAT campus complete as per specifications and as directed by the Head,Horticulture Section.

Hire charges for Brush Cutter(Back pack power,Non-electrical) and /Chain Saw Machine (with cost towards fuel/oil etc.)with operator and helper for carrying out trimming/chopping of tree branches,reaping of vegetations/fallen trees by climbing using safety belts/safety measures for operating suitable machine with cutting tools and tackles within RRCAT site,further making into pieces suitable for transportation by trolley and stacking at site within a lead of 15 Mt. including transportation of tree branches,Wooden Logs etc. by truck/trolley to be covered with Agro shed net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet including its heap conslidation work complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Providing of Earthworms(Vermin culture) amongst listed species(i.e Eisenia fetida and Eudrilus eugenae) including the cost of packing,transportation,mixing with raw compost material etc.at RRCAT site at desired interval during the entire duration of contract and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Composting Garden waste,vegetations etc.in sheds using Earthworms/Bacterial culture by stacking Garden waste/vegetation, sprinkling water, allowing partial decomposition over a period, spreading in beds for final decomposition,adding cow dung if required,using earthworms/Bacterial Culture as per procedure laid down,watering at regular intervals to maintain desired temp conditions,periodical mixing/working using forks from time to time,removing the ready to use compost from beds for sewing,isolating earthworms,stacking the finished product, vermicompost sample from three sheds from RRCAT campus to be tested one time each and mixed vermicompost sample one time through government approved Testing Laboratory,seperating un-decomposed material,loading of compost in trolley for standerd weighing on electric weigh balance in Stores as and when required including arranging unloading at prelocated site by deploying labourers and trolley has to be cover by Agro shed net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.(Note:1.Earthworms,Cow dung,Bacterial Culture shall be provided free of cost/paid seperately.)
