Cost/ charges for Repairing of damaged mounting base of Transformer room including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of skilled fitter , skilled welder , semiskilled helper manpower)

Name and scope of work : Repairing of damaged/ broken platform & railing of Transformer room and repairing & fitment of LHS side wall & transformer room front wall, mounting base of transformer and removal of damaged part, Fabrication & fitment of transformer room door of 20/90 Bajrang Dragline at Nigahi project having scope of work as follows- 1) Removal of damaged guard over transformer room 2) Grinding of surface where fitted 3) Welding of broken /Cracked platform 4) Welding of broken / Cracked railing 5) Repairing & Fitment of LHS side wall & front wall 6) Repairing of damaged mounting base of transformer room 7) Removal of damaged part of transformer room , fabrication & fitment of transformer room door Note- Welding electrodes (E7018, Cutting electrodes) , Seamless pipe 9mm and Indistrial Gases as per requirement will be provided departmentally. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 10 no ( Skilled-06 no , Semiskilled- 04 no )
